well...maybe you're right...but lets just say...thats not my cup of tea...so i'm not those one who woudl put them in one spot, but the, yet again...thats just me...i dont like defensive tennis, just as much as i dont like offensive as a base for opponents error...i'm all for clear attacking tennis...and even though Graf in her matches defends a lot...despite that she rushes the bet much more often then most of the players do nowadays and do it with 90 % of success...

clijsters is not just a hardhitter like the williams sisters.. After her wrist injury, she used the slice backhand a lot .. And kim surely is a good net player, otherwise she wouldn't have 2 grand slam doubles titles and btw, she was ranked nr 1 in the wordd in singles and DOUBLES.. i think that proves that she's also more than just a 'descent net player' or just a 'hardhitter'

yet, could u explain ur point by saying Clijsters only won one GS? i think she IS part of the greater players.

for instance, she DID play 5 GS finals (Capriati only played 3) and if it wasn't because of Henin, she would have won 4 (3 all-belgian GS finals)

Clijsters also won 2 Masters titles, 2x Indian Wells and played numerous GS semi finals

she won 34 WTA titles up to now, still 1 more than Serena

her GS won is just a weak point in her records, that's a fact

and just as far as i'm pretty well informed about players styles and technics of play i can clearly tell that Kim could finish the point with a confident volley shot like Henin could for example, and that's much because of the fact that it isnt her style of play, she doesnt feel the ball pretty well, she doesnt have pretty good reaction and footwork (note that actual move speed and dash ability arent the same things as ball extension one by one and struggle)

Little weaver Henin here shows a very fine effective slice. Think she was best at about Her 25.-26. Year .A lot still remember Her Backhand, and very fast footwork, not afraid to take the challenge into court ! A miss in the WTA World today. Best Matches ..Well how about Her Last Us Open Vs Kuznetsova´s mega overview of court, shooting them around, very fine photographed by broadcast, that you really could see how cruel the girls was against each other ..Cruel, not bad. ..Or US Vs Capriati ?!
