Anna, if I were to design a special ice cream for you I would make a "Black Russian" ice cream. A Black Russian is a cocktail made with kahlua (coffee liqueur) and vodka. So I would flavor the ice cream with kahlua and a vodka flavoring and that would be your special ice cream.
