South Carolina has budget shortfalls like any other state right now, but we are not asking for all the federal handouts and bailouts like those ULTRA LIBERAL states that have entitlement philosophies and spent their way into the ground. When the stimulus money runs out, the state is left holding the bag and if they don't continue the funding, they could be worse off.
