Im an American. We dont give a rats ass about what we eat. I know alooot of people that are health freaks though, there alot here in L.A
I try not to avoid red meat because the meat quality sucks compared to how it was when i was a kid.

Of course. i do what i can to stay healthy. Thankfully i have no health problems. Neither do my parents or anyone in my family.
