@kibaplox1 You have to unlock it by giving TK Zombrex once he's infected, then do Overtime mode, it's after the credits. After that start a new game+ by going on your save file, pressing X (if you're playing on Xbox), and once you get to the safe house you can use the Proto buster by going to the safe house bathroom and using the locker.
