@blackstratblues I heard you GAS-ing for the Egnater Tweaker. What do you think of it? At the price they're coming out at ($399 head, $249 cab), I'm totally getting one. Unless you tell me not to, that is...
They look really interesting - was thinking of getting one to run in tandem with the Badger. Haven't played it yet - Will post my findings when I do....
i have a Gibson 57 reissue goldtop that i actually really dont like.. still have the dragon II's i pulled from my prs cu22.. this has inspired me to atleast try em.. do you like the swap? did you coil tap yours? i know yours is an epiphone.. but results should be simmilar.. will post a response vid once i've got em in.. cheers mate!!
Hi warren great stuff ,really good, what tone/volume settings do you have the les paul on please? And can you remember the chords at the improvised bit at the start of your sunburst strat vid are? many thanks
Les Paul Settings: Neck Vol: 6, Neck Tone: 10, Bridge Vol: 8, Bridge Tone 7. I'm on a computer without sound at the moment, so let me get back to you on those chords : )
Not necessarily heaver per se, but I find they have a lot of chime and detail without sounding harsh. They match up really well with the guitar, which is thick and woody sounding. They sound great clean, and hold up well with really high gain too.
nice!!!!!

Badger cranked full up? Power scaling or not?
Desibluesman 2 years ago
For this clip the Power and Drive knobs were around 2-3, pretty reasonable bedroom volume.

Great Playing... What is the name of the Beatles song you played... I almost recognize it.. but am having trouble nailing down the name.

I want to order one of the best models from Agile and was wondering what pickups to fit on. You help me to find. The PRS Dragon II will do the job.

Dragon IIs are my favourite pickups. They'll do anything.

I really like the swap, the Dragon IIs add a lot of chime to the guitar without sounding harsh. Haven't done any coil taps....yet.

Do you like the Dragon II's for a heavier sound? Nice tone.
