I played as the Ottoman Empire i used a mod that lets you play as Ireland or any other nation in the game in custom battles... and some can be played in campaigns but not all.

Yes they are in Empire but are not playable... they are an emergent faction... i used a mod that unlocks all of them including Ireland,Scotland etc...

No, it was a custom battle... i was trying out the Ottoman organ gun for the first time... i choose the Irish as my enemy as i just had them unlocked from a mod... only rather than fight they decided to dance... not the first time it has happened to me...
