@Kobobble It makes sense later on due to the fact that the "Magnetic covering" in the original F-Zero did the same thing. Dunno why it's added to an earlier section though or in the middle of what was originally the first split section.

in fact the first version of FZX was from japan with km/h, they keeped those km/h for both USA and PAL version. No choice ...

U use cheats man... cant be have this speed because your aceleration is to quickly and the normal speed is veri hig +800km/h...But the map is very cool and funny :/

@EAC2222 well, n64 is a very advanced system, therefore hard to hack. those who are primitave to rom hacking and dont know about ram bus numbers, and the hex list, are usually limited to only hacking mario 64 using google sketchup, fraubers importer, and toadstool.
