I'm a young person and I know how to protect myself from it. Don't have sex until you get married. :P I don't feel bad for any of those people because you shouldn't have sex with someone your not married to.
@WillyS105 You don't have to have sex to get HIV/AIDS. It is a virus that spreads through blood as well. It can be spread through blood transfusions (if the blood isn't checked), sharing of needles, or from mother to child. This may come as a surprise to you, but you can even get it when you are married if your partner does not know that they have it! In Africa, most people with HIV/AIDS don't get it because of unprotected sex, but because they were born with it.
