o just wondering how long can you hula hoop. my longest is 50 minutes. what is yours? mabey you can beat how long that i can hula hoop that would be great if you could. i hope you will atleast atemt to beat my time i am also currently trying to beat my own time meanwhile. it is very hard to beat that kind of time

Tips: bigger hoop and move your body in a circle not side to side- and my longest time would probably be 10 minutes
