Arrival at Dundee Airport, Flybe (Operated by Loganair) Saab 340B

Great video, I'm near Dundee airport when would you say the best day to go spotting their is. I know there isn't alot of flights but the private jets beechcrafts and stuff goes int there as well?

Dundee airport is built on land reclaimed from the Tay, when I was young this was all part of the river and over time the "coup" ( town dump) extended west to Invergowrie.

In the 50's and 60's the Angus show and the Highland show were held here as well as travelling circuses. Chipperfields, Bertram Mills and Billy Smarts.

Dundee still holds the record attendance for the Highland Show.

The road out from town turned up across the Ninewells bridge. Beyond that was the river and the beach!

Beautiful scenery and very smooth flight and nice long descent. I've seen Loganair Saabs at Glasgow and always thought I'd like to try them. Another lovely video Christian.
