There's NO WAY a golden eagle can achieve a speed of 150 miles per hour. That's what falcons do when they dive, not hawks and eagles. Owl's and eagles have a very strong grip though and huge talons. I live close to a wildlife reserve and for a little while one kept flying over my neighborhood. The eagle weighed in at about 16#, but in a 150 MPH dive, the force they exert is enough to easily break the neck of a full grown wolf or deer. Next time, try to actually know what you are talkig about before you show how ignorant you are.

They can't exert the pressure needed to crack a human skull on an actuall average size adult human skull, for the same reason we can crush a couple of nuts inside a fist but not with the tips of our fingers.

If one could even manage to get a decent grip on a human skull, the pressure would be significantly less, and since it takes 350 psi simply to make a small crack in a skull, well, you do the math. Also, their talons may be long and quite sharp, but unlike a Swiss blade, they are not made of steel.

Golden Eagles CAN NOT kill a full grown wolf. You're talking about a 120-150lb wolf against a 10-12lb eagle. It's physically impossible.
The animals in the video are foxes.... much much much smaller than wolves. The deer are a very small breed of deer.
Eagles cannot crush a human head.
Eagles cannot lift a 120lb wolf off the ground.
Eagles cannot kill a full grown deer.
Golden Eagles prey on hare, rabbits and many other small mammals. An eagle in the wild dont attack wolves or coyote.

@Beefboy616 Eagles predating on these animals is well documented in the scientific literature. True, they'll go for the smaller and less dangerous prey more often but that doesn't mean can't take larger prey as these and the many other videos and photographs show. Golden eagles used to have a bounty on their heads because they've even been known to kill livestock. Why is this so difficult for people to grasp Does the idea of a bird eating mammals bother you? This is nature and it is fascinating.

cont,,,,, cable at the time i grabbed my wire cutters and cut off its talons at the skiniest part of its legs. now im not sure if anyones seen a eagle with no beak or talons fight before but they are no match for a human with steel toed boots. it tried to fly and in its panic flew right into a pole witch was dumb luck but also gave me time to crush its left wing. after that i took it back to my ranch and for the next 3 months i taught that golden eagle the meaning of the word pain.

@TheFalconryFan I'm not sure where you got your facts, but the truth is that golden eagles can apply 750 psi using their talons, but only when they have a firm grip on small prey. If one could even manage to get a decent grip on a human skull, the pressure would be significantly less, and since it takes 350 psi simply to make a small crack in a skull, well, you do the math. Also, their talons may be long and quite sharp, but unlike a Swiss blade, they are not made of steel.
