You know what is that beautiful in the Witcher? The fact, that such a strong and really good product became that popular. The book's written by Sapkowski are really outstanding and actually not that simple!

Yeah, and the game just makes Sapkowski's work evenmore popular. I for one, after playing the game, can't wait to get my hands on The Last Wish.

Well currently only 2 of Sapkowski's books have been translated (The Last Wish and Blood of Elves), so most of the non-polish speaking readers have quite some time to wait :(

the game was great but not as popular as it should have, much more unpopular compared to worse games. some may blame advertise
had the best story ever but it also had some big flaws in the combat system

A major plus is that game throws at you events around every corner.
Combat is different from your standard fare, it's neither a crazy click fest nor traditional turn based. It turns out very well, leading to some frantic 5 vs 1 fights where you do need to use faints,dodge moves and magic to outperform your opponents.
A golden game, the kind that are not made often anymore.

The movement sux. In a rpg i want to be the guy and no mouse button in the sky that commands some idiot to do something. Why isn't it with awsd keys? There is no atmosphere if i can just klick and watch...

You can play both: point and click or with WSAD key compilation... Geez read something about game before you write sth dumb...
