Dear neighbor, coke studio first begins in Brazil followed by Indonesia. Year after it appeared in Pakistan. So its not copying but merchandizing. Further the main production company i.e., coco cola decides where to telecast this show, and not some guy from Bollywood.

@nigamworld: That's the point. Indian industry is way bigger and it is international, you guys know how to advertise stuff even if it isn't upto to the standard. Pakistani music is unique, pure and it's genuine. According to me it is like that because my Pakistani society is mixture, a fusion of different cultures with our religion as it's soul, a binding force, which comes out as sufism and spirituality in our music. Pakistani music is it's own kind. Not comaprable to any other yonder.

Pakistan's coke studio produces more awesome music. It may be because in india we have not known pakistan's music very much. In any case, music created by pakistan coke studio is much better. It forces all senses to stop and just listen to the song.

Mori Araj suno, Aik Alif, Mandh Wai, Mai Ne; there is a long list of songs in pak coke studio which take you to another level so easily.

Sadly, can't find much of that in indian version of coke studio.

Sound engineer is at fault,drums were too muddy and most of the instruments were not even heard.Its the composition of the song which has somehow saved the entire track.

@ashher4560285 there is a lot more to indian music than just bollywood. The more coke studio stays away from bollywood the better music it will produce. This episode, which has a lot better songs than the last three, is a live example of this fact. I hope they invite more authentic musician and also give them freedom to perform their songs without commercial pressure.
