You forgot Arch-Angel, also Nate Summer´s who actualy was one of Apocalypse´s lackys. Sinister isn´t a Horsemen, Sinister is his "Special" Scientist.

Apocalypse is the mutant. I don't understand y he needs 4 horsemen. I think the concept is a little outdated.

@tsyrekilburn No one really knows what he is, other than that he was probably born in Egypt and that he is one of the first mutants. He just used alien technology to augment his powers. And by using that technology, he's no indebted to live a life of pain, suffering, and humiliation for the amusement of those aliens. Wait, I think I know why he looses all the time. So, basically, he's a Butt Monkey to the universe.

whats the story behind wolverine being turned into one of the horseman what happen to him cause this is the first time i heard of that

@mdcbw I know this is 6 months late. Wolverine was captured by Apocalypse and was forced to fight Sabretooth. The winner would get to serve Apocalypse. Wolverine wins and Apocalypse removes the adamantium from Sabretooth's body and rebonds it with Wolverine's body. Before all of this, Wolverine had last his adamantium skeleton because Magneto ripped it out of his body. Thanks to Apocalypse, Wolverine got his famous adamantium claws back. This is why Apocalypse is a major character in X-Men.

@mdcbw Thanks! Wolverine gets his adamantium ripped out of his body by Magneto in the Fatal Attractions storyline. Apocalypse captures Wolverine and rebonds the adamantium to his body in The Twelve storyline.

can someone PLEASE explain to me about the four horsemen of apocalypse? who were the people before they became the horsemen? I went to the marvel website and I didnt get what the horsemen actually are. SOMEONE PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME!!!!!!

In the original comics, the Horsemen are usually mutants who are desperate, depressed, suicidal or, more generally, just people who need something in their lives very badly and will do anything possible to get it. Apocalypse approaches those individuals and basically tells them to serve him and he'll make it all better. Once they accept, he enhances their powers and turns them into his Horsemen.

These horsemen are from the Age of Apocalypse (the alternate reality where Xavier's dead and Apocalypse rules the world).

In the original comics, the first Death was Archangel, then it was Caliban (a former member of the Morlocks), followed by Wolverine and, finally and most recently, Gambit.
