Charizard's only flying-type move is Wing Attack (well, Fly by HM).But if it uses fly, then Blaziken can use Sky Uppercut and do double damage (normal, cause it's not very effective), but add that STAB and critical-hit ratio, and it'll deal quite some damage on Charizard ^-^

@werewolfsfury Charizards higher base speed gives him the decisive advantage. Given Blazikens mediocre defenses, Charizard would have no problem one shotting him. Granted the Charizard may not have been EVed for speed, or it's speed IVs might've been significantly lower then Blaziken. Of course item choice has an impact as well.

I root for Blaziken, imo blaziken is a lot more awesome, though blaziken has a type disadvantage against charizard, but it's no fun to fight someone who is at a disadvantage, right?

@tidus1336 IMO, it's better to watch someone get out of a rather tight spot. Like when I last had a decent battle, the opponent and I were down to our last pokemon, and my charizard was asleep. I was saved by a sandstrom.

@flametitan100 hmm, seems like luck had the major roll there, i have never used sandstorm or any kind of weather changing moves in a battle, i just like to smash things as fast as possible, though i do have some tacticians in my team just in case things turn ugly

@tidus1336 He sent out Tyranitar earlier. The sandstorm wasn't part of either of our's plan. It was quite a decent battle though, I was on the ropes for quite a while due to his Darkrai. (We allowed him to use it.) And my team was more for hitting as well. Though I am trying to add some stat boosting moves to it now. In case I run into some really tough foes.

@flametitan100 aah i see, well you should get some pokemon with moves wich cause poison etc they make fights rly nifty also maybe get a pokemon with high hp or def and spdef and it has to be able to learn the move explosion, so once your opponent sends out a pokemon wich you think like: i dont think i can rly take this one out you just send in your kamikaze pokemon and blast it away, it was so funny when did that the first time, my friend was like: wut?that was my strongest
