Level 3 - Victoria (Posh). She's not a real singer, but at least she can take a couple of lines and pretend she can do her job in the group.

Level 4 - Geri (Ginger). It's not any secret the fact that she can't sing (she has even declared it herself a couple of times). Most of her lines had to have Emma's backing vocals and once (in "2 become 1") she had her lines replaced by Victoria's because she couldn't reach the highest notes.

I think there are 4 different levels of Spice Girls vocals:

Level 1 - Melanie C (Sporty Spice), the best and the most powerful singer of the group. If you follow her solo career, you'll see what I mean.

Level 2 - Emma and Mel B (Baby and Scary), the two second best singers. Emma has the sweetest and commercial voice while Mel B has the soul and the funky type. Their voices are not as powerful as Mel C's, but they certainly can keep up with the good work.
