  • I used to work there in Reno Silkscreening the glass & reel strips

  • I have always wanted to buy a slot machine.

  • IGT Rocks!

  • I love what that Double Diamond machine was sitting on. Two Double Diamonds and a Red 7.

  • Nice music and scenery in the warehouse, though.

  • How dare you show large wins on those reels at the factory when those big wins at damn near impossible to hit, let alone the impossible jackpot.

The odds of winning at those slot machines are a joke and Las Vegas sucks.

  • vegas style slots are easier to win on than the "bingo" style slots.

  • Near impossible? Ask me about the $90,000 i won at Mohegan Sun, or the $36,000 at MGM Grand.

  • You are making me want to play the slots...hehe

  • Please! Don't do it! Please! Please! Hard knocks and training grounds are quite expensive! lol

  • Great vid, going to bed now.

  • Thanks for commenting. Hard working man! I bet the horses always treat you right!

  • I don't like anything that involves me losing or wining money lol...

  • A lot of people are that way. The only time you are a winner is when you receive money for a hard days work! That kind of money is fun to spend. Hurry back and see me! lol

  • I know I know lol

  • Cool and intersting video. I've never had enough extra finance, to risk gambling, having had my first child, at 21...and then having three more- but I rarely win stuff, so ...I guess it's not my vice

  • For a few gambling does get to be a problem. It hurts me to loose hard earned money so I stay away from it for the most part. With four children you have had your hands full with the most important things.

  • Thanks, Rex- I feel truely blessed. My best-friend has a gambling habit....and although she doesn't talk about it..I know it is really hard for her. She never mentions losing money,,,but she has owned a successful business for years, and her mother just couldn't figure out why there was nothing (material wise) to show, for it. I think gambling is the hardest addiction to quit. The body produces it's own "drug" ( adrenaline) when it wins, (the high), and loses (the crash).

  • I have seen this effect many people. It seemes to fill an empty spot for some people. Watch out for a big win! It sets the stage for a strong addiction. One lady I knew owned a chain of resturants in Texas. Big money big loses.... she could afford it. Happy person. lol

  • they are really colorful :)

  • Thanks for commenting. Your videos are what is colorful. You have a good camera. I am trying to decide big camera vs. small camera. Decisions, decisions!

  • Great video Rex. Yes, IF you win--it's definitely time to get up and leave. Take care,~Moonchime

  • It is no fun waiting 5 minutes for the bells and whisles to stop ringing! Paid advertisements to induce mass hysteria. I think it is part of the program to let you win a small amount up front. (my guess) So that is why it is fun walking after a win! Staight to the next casino for another win. Good entertainment.

  • You are absolutely right about htat one. What's the most you ever won--and where? I once won About $450 on the Keno machine in Stardust. We took the money and left. It's freaky how quickly you are surrounded by casino personnel when you win, isn't it? Take care!!~Moonchime

  • My highest win was $850 at Fitzgeralds maybe 7 years ago. But many wins of $200 and $300 at Stardust, Caesars, Bellagio, Paris and Rio on W. Flamingo. Get up and leave each and everytime. Run to the steak special and cool off! Then move on. lol

  • 'Twas good you had Lurch to keep you company;)

    Those machines seem so sad;(

  • Yes sir! One sad and lonely place! I think that Lurch was that departments mascot. Probably fell off some machine!

  • That is the truth and spoken by a man full of wisdom*

  • That place was a little bit creepy. It is not seen by many! Reality check. The drawings were of their new space age headquarters. So business is booming! Thank you Shawney. The nickel slots will be fine for me with a five or ten dollar limit. No gain? Walk off! That is their worst fear! Documented! lol

  • I've never been big on gambling, but when we went on a cruise to the Bahamas the last time, I played the slots a lot. I got up from my machine and my sis sat down at that exact machine. On her first try she won $2,500. That's just my luck! LOL! Love your vids Rex!

Have a great day filled with smiles!

    (((Hugs))) to you...

    Paula

  • It is said that if you win a big one it sure will give you the fever. But after winning that is the time to quit. Go get steak and lobster and COOL off! That works for me too. lol

  • That was interesting! Texas Holdem' is my game but I don't think you can beat the thrill of sitting at one of those machines!:)

  • Well it is fun when you win! As soon as you win that is the time to LEAVE and be on to the next casino. One win per casino. It works for me! I do not gamble too much though.

  • Good tip! And always use your slot club card!
