no not really, only thing you can't max out if you do it the cheap way is your cardio and shit. you can max your guy out fully without going through career mode. so yea you kinda just failed on on that one. even if you do manage to max them out fully you wouldn't be able to max out power/speed/cardio because of the fact no matter what one will get subtracted from the others.
