It would be a lot harder for women to be as physically fit as men.
But the problem is, atleast in Canada, women have special privilages which allow them to work at the same job, with less requirements. i.e. lifting 150lbs as a fire fighter for men, and half as much for women.

I've been trying to say that Females CAN potentially be as strong as males, it just takes a Hell lot more effort.
