great clip. have any of you people checked out the wow cheats pack from warcraftbotsXinfo (replace X with .) ? it is astounding, i recently downloaded it. it's got totally everything inside it, gold guides, bots, hacks, glitches as well as the newest arena glitch. i perhaps shouldn't tell people about this but at the very least this gives you all a fair opportunity to download it before i pwn you all

@dragondueler2003 I would never say never but I think its more probable that I would do Warriors as they share most items / mechanics as DK's. The new tool is done with OpenOffice so anyone can use it. I so wish I chose OpenOffice for my druid tool then I never would have stopped development of it (just improved it). @beastsdruid will i dont mind i can get office and so can most if u want to up date it and put it out i know about 200 durids in my guild that would eat it up do to all the other told dont do durids right ...and we need help on the finer tones ..+ most should have office its easy to get only 1 that dont would be the kiddys hell if thay dont i can offer a free copy with it lol if u want ..any how the tool what we need more then any other class do to all other classes have tools that with

@dragondueler2003 hey bud I discontinued work on my druid simulator once I realized that I had chosen the wrong format. My NEW simulator is for death knights and it makes this one look like amateur hour. It's actually finished now and I'm in the testing stages. Search youtube for "roons death knight simulator". You will see what I mean.

Oh thats cool I totaly left wow for Aion, much nicer, and totally new, nothing left to do in wow now days, I think it's dieing out.

Well, there is quite a few still on WoW. I've been on WoW for the past 5 years and am really starting to get sick of the trash that blizzard has been allowing. I've looked at Aion and the first article I read was "QQ" about gold farmers. So I have backed off for a while. Gold farmers and alike imo have killed the enjoyment.

They fixed the gold spam issue, they spent a bit of time tracking and then did a mass ban, and it's pretty much gone now.

As it stands now I see far less gold spam than I did in WoW. I've also seen people QQ that its a grind fest, but I find it no different, if anything the quests are actually interesting in AION, and far more rewardning. PvP is far superior as well.

Oh, am so sad for them that they have to get off they backside and do something instead of having it given to them. Ran into some scrub that brought his toon or paid someone to gear it out. He was decked out in Tier 9.5 and acting big. I was on my rogue alt mining for another alt when this scrub told me to do content. My priest has been raiding since the release I know most of the raiders and he wasnt one of them. Its getting old thats for sure. Once am employed again and am switching.

Ya I liked wow in the old days BC was ok, but they screwed it up in wrath real bad IMO. Aion is alot like oldschool wow, nothing comes too easy. If you want the good drops you have to do the time, and make the effort, there is no way around it.

My DK tool is ridiculously more powerful than "Beasts" and its 94% done should be done before 2010. It is called "Runes". I will have a youtube vid up in a few weeks.

The Wrath vesion is called "Runes" and it is for Death Knights only. It makes "Beasts" look ridiculous. Should be out in Dec. /09

well i went to download it and looked on your page on WoR and found out i needed 2007 excel. and well.. my ocmputer is like.. 6 years old now? its junk, but gladly runs like a pro :D. needless to say i have excel '03 and i can't open the .rar file. if you find a way to turn it into a .exe please let me know. :)

Once I break the program into about 17 pieces it will run MUCH faster AND I will be able to save it as an Excel '97 file which will be so much easier for many people to use.

Just a thought off the top of my head.. Have you considered getting someone to help you with the time it takes loading?

There are people that studies optimization of code, that could make your program much lighter and the searches faster.

There are so many ways a program can search through info on, and a million different ways of saving already read data etc ;)

Something you might want to consider if you want to sell the product, and have it run smoothly on any type of computer.

Or rather... I'm a feral druid, play arenas, fully S3 geared, play pve, mostly T6 geared, what can this tool tell me that I don't already know?

Honestly you'll have to ask yourself that. All S4 gear is built in. As you know arena gear isn't always the best for PVE. I have all the T7 / S4 gear built in. There are so many different things you can do with it I won't bother listing it all here. You can answer that question yourself when I release it. Good question though.

Like any gear optimizing tool - if you have the best items in the game there isnt much to optimize. However the famous STR vs. AGI question can be easily answered (gems / enchants). Also you can check how downranking affects your efficiencies (resto / balance). If you dont have a resto suit or balance suit then the program can create your customized "dream list" in seconds for upgrading so you can get those suits upgraded with maximum haste / efficiency.

When WotLK comes out I should be able to have a large number of items added to the program before it even ships. In my next patch I will also have estimated stats etc. for level 80 as some items that are equal at level 70 might gain / lose ground when you adjust to 80.

How big is it? (I noticed you said its excel based, and that you might go web based?)

And, what exactly do you mean by working out a host?

LOL - more like what does my wife think of this. I work at a hotel 4 nighs a week (overnights) where I have the time to take on crazy projects like this. I love doing programs like this I've done them for every game I've played since Ultima I rofl - even John Madden Football for Genesis. I'm hoping that enough druids out there find this tool usefull enough to support it then I will never rest improving it.
