this past week's IMPACT episode was much better than last week's, and i am excited to see the ratings. It's true that WCW did have a peak period, but that was ONLY due to the fascination with the nWo angle more than anything else. After the nWo burned out, WCW was on the path of destruction and Bischoff and Hogan had more to do with that than ANYONE else (although they were not the ONLY ones to blame). Hogan was a terrible wrestler back THEN, I seriously doubt that adding 10+ years is going to make him look any better in the ring lol

Shelton Benjamin was due for a push, but its stated that he is satisfied with the money hes making, shelton is making as much as any superstar in TNA. to become a world champion in wwe, means promotional confrence, autographs signing, and so on. It means alot of days away from your family, Example, Kurt stating he left wwe beacuse of the schedule, not because he was stuck, and most others like kennedy were fired.
If those interviews and articles have a WWE logo on it I dont trust them. WWE is known to skew everything they say and do. Unless it came from a third party interviewer(TSN Off the Record), I will not believe it. I mean we don't know what their contracts look like and what they can say or do. TNA is not like WWE at all, they are a more welcoming and lay back company not stiff and stuck up like WWE.

There is very little or no respect for the wrestlers. Many of them can vouch for that, they are overworked in the WWE, thats why alot are going to TNA now. Kurt Angle explained all of this. Thats what drove Benoit insane.....was his schedule, same thing with Eddie Gurrero. Angle was the top paid superstar in WWE before he went to TNA and he went to TNA and they paid him even more. So TNA's checkbook is bigger than we all think.

Yeah uhh duhh, but your forgetting one thing when Shawn and Bret were champions it was a down time in the industry. WCW was kicking their asses. And hulk went to WCW in 94 and Bret went in 98. i think the team of hogan and bischoff will be great for TNA
hogan wants to "breath life into characters" and has in particular pointed out AJ Styles as someone he wants to turn into a mega superstar....he said he has no plans to wrestle, and i can believe that with the shape he currently in.
and Bischoff is a marketing genius. I think he will be able to help TNA find ways to bring in new/more veiwers and help them promote their product alot better

It's true that WCW did have a peak period, but that was ONLY due to the fascination with the nWo angle more than anything else. After the nWo burned out, WCW was on the path of destruction and Bischoff and Hogan had more to do with that than ANYONE else (although they were not the ONLY ones to blame). Hogan was a terrible wrestler back THEN, I seriously doubt that adding 10+ years is going to make him look any better in the ring lol

Shelton Benjamin was due for a push, but its stated that he is satisfied with the money hes making, shelton is making as much as any superstar in TNA. to become a world champion in wwe, means promotional confrence, autographs signing, and so on. It means alot of days away from your family, Example, Kurt stating he left wwe beacuse of the schedule, not because he was stuck, and most others like kennedy were fired.

If those interviews and articles have a WWE logo on it I dont trust them. WWE is known to skew everything they say and do. Unless it came from a third party interviewer(TSN Off the Record), I will not believe it. I mean we don't know what their contracts look like and what they can say or do. I love how Eric Bischoff is just chillin in the background. This upcoming year is going to be very interesting/exciting for TNA. They are ready to take the company to the next level, meaning going head to head with RAW. Thats where bishoff comes in, negotiating a 9:00 o'clock hour on a popular station(probably TBS). I could see them even bringing Bishoff in for a run as general manager. WWE buckle your seatbelts, it's gonna get rough.

Dixie Carter Will not sell TNA. Eric Bishoff is working in kahootz with Dixie Carter, and he has some tricks up his sleeve to get TNA the same notoriety as RAW. And it's about time, it's been almost 8 years they need to step it up and go head to head with RAW.

There is very little or no respect for the wrestlers. Many of them can vouch for that, they are overworked in the WWE, thats why alot are going to TNA now. Kurt Angle explained all of this. Thats what drove Benoit insane.....was his schedule, same thing with Eddie Gurrero. Angle was the top paid superstar in WWE before he went to TNA and he went to TNA and they paid him even more. So TNA's checkbook is bigger than we all think.

Vince does care aboout his talents but only because Angle ran out of WWE because he was the centerpole at that time and couldnt handle the pressure which came along with it, it sure aint vince's fault. Taker, Shawn, Bret even Hulk were in the 90's at the same spot where Angle has been and beside Bret no one complained about Vince's treatment in his company

Yeah uhh duhh, but your forgetting one thing when Shawn and Bret were champions it was a down time in the industry. WCW was kicking their asses. And hulk went to WCW in 94 and Bret went in 98. So you got HBK and Taker. Which HBK was an ass kiss to Vince and Triple H, Thats the only reason why he got where he was.

I'm watching TNA now...it's fucking terrible.
Some great athletes, and some promising looking talent in the ring for sure...but, it just sucks.
it's like the old WCW...sure, they had great wrestlers, great names, and decent storylines...but, that doesn't mean it's going to do good. TNA looks like a high school video production crew is manning the cameras.
Angle & Booker T are two of my favorites...but I can't watch them here.
And what the fuck is the British Invasion?!!!?!? They're terrible!
