Oh yes. Haven't heard this for MANY years but I surely remember it.

And at the time (about 1982), after already having spent a number of years sweating on dance floors, I thought this song's lyrics were overdue. I wondered why nobody had thought of this rhyme before - because a lot of us were doing just this same thing.

Oh man I remember jamming this in my 1972 Malibu. 8-track, power booster and 6x9 speakers made a great combo band then.

And the fun we had with 8-tracks (many of you are saying "What's an 8-track?" - see we "fortysomethings" know about "delayed gratification"; we had to wait for our favorite songs to come around on a track (unless you took a chance on "Fast Forward," if you had it, and having the deck eat your tape!). Ah, memories from "back in the day!"

This was the jam back in the day, haven't heard this one in years probably when it was first released in the early 80's which was their last hit they had before disappeared from the music scene. That was the cool thing about Brick they made some funky, feel good music which you don't hear anymore. Thanks for posting this.

I got on board of their music back in 1976. Dusic, Dazz dazz...disco jazz. Yes, Ray Parker Jr. brought in the glossy guitar sounds on this one and they maintained to sound fab. Wow!
