The site is relatively new. As far as credibility goes, much of that depends on the sellers offering the group buys. Most of the group buys you see on there were actually started by vendors who brought their own loyal buyers to sign up. They use the site to help them manage their group buys to reduce the time and effort needed for a transaction like this. Recently , we started to filter out sellers for more mainstream group buys. With time, this will all make more sense.
I just wonder what is the credibility of this business model, I'm just checking at gotobuygroup and there are only 79 active group buys listed in all cathegories which is amazing for the scale of the USA, most of the groups dont have a seller so how is this credible?
