I'm 16 years old, been smoking about 7 months and I'm on between 10-30 a day, recently gone over to Marlboro Reds to try and cut down (what with them costing more than roll ups and being stronger than some roll ups). I think the different methods of quitting helps but can also hinder, I mean I've spent the last two weeks wondering; do I go cold turkey, patches, cut down, limit smoking for certain situations... I know I need to stop because I'm wheezing just sitting here. my message, DON'T START!
im half off cigs dont need them anymore and its true you eat a shitload more, it doesnt help im smoking weed still i dont think thow cos i wake up and fancy a cig :|
smoking cigarettes kills FACT! alcahol is involved with over 70% of accidents on our roads and in our streets go into ur local hospital on a friday night i bet over 80% of ppl in there are to do with drink but the goverment wil not ban these because of there corrupt system and the amount of income generated from it!FACT the goverment is the ignorant ones here who care about money more than our health!

I smoke because of that exact reason...it's all I have...I have nothing to motivate me to stop quitting. It's the stress of making good grades, getting into the best undergraduate school, and then top law schools, it's the stress of work. And it's also the stress of being a pariah of sorts. Interesting video...but they should have explored the reason better, with a more diverse group of people.
