Just recieved it, It's great, but the two cons for it are the sound, which is acceptable. And calibrating, I can't seem to find settings so far which are perfect for it with xbox 360.

Walk a way from your pc, come back in 10 minutes. Your eyes will thank you. You don't need fucking 80 and 90 brightness or contrast on every monitor just to get a good picture.

I think most ps3 games would like crap on it as most are 720p and most monitors picture quality look crap if your not playing at the native res of 1080p

Also, for monitor speakers, the built in speakers are actually pretty good, perfect to watch a few episodes of Family Guy or even some local co-op/multiplayer. My neighbor said they sound about the same as his 32" Samsung LCD HDTV, but not as loud.

With that said, they lack any real bass, so I use a headset which I connect through the monitor and use the speakers when people come around. In the end, as long as you do not expect Bose quality sound you will be happy.

Just bought this monitor and after fiddling around with it for a few days I was able to get the colors the way I like. One thing you will notice once you set this monitor up is the blue-ish tint. This made the snow levels in Bad Company 2 and Modern Warfare 2 have a near purple tint on shadows and a little blue tint on snow. As a result I was able to settle on these settings:

Theatre Mode

Color Temp - User Mode: R85, G89, B80

Skin Tone - Natural

I tried those settings, that you've given, but they look awful to me.. I personally use these settings for my ps3:

Game mode

Brightness - 80

Contrast - 80

Sharpness - 50

Saturation - 63

ASCR - ON

Color Temp - Normal - very important!

Skin tone - Natural
