  • You are welcome to call me if you like and I will try to give you some pointers. My number is on my website.

  • Awesome video!!! I was wondering if you could give some more details on how you covered the back of the cab just cause i cant see it in the time lapse. I'm about to start a very similar project and just need a better idea on how to go about the back panel. I'm recovering an 810 as well but the only difference is mine doesn't have the 45 degree angles on the back that the ampegs do. Any help would be HUUGELY appreciated.

  • It should. It is designed to hold up headliners on the inside of a car on a hot day.

  • will that adhesive stand up to high temperatures? i live in Texas and the summers can peak out at over 100 degrees for months. will the integrety of the glue breakdown in heat like that. do you know?

  • Permatex 27828 Headliner adhesive

  • Hi from Italy, very nice video. I do the same job. Could you be so kind to write down the Brand and type of the glue. I'm currently using 3m 77 spray glue, and for large parts of tolex even idro-resistant vinilic glue. Many thanks

    Regards

  • It runs around $350 depending on the condition of your cab.

  • great job, how much is the whole process? I would like to do the same thing with my 8x10.

  • Nice done! But how can i get the white strip on the side of the grill??

  • All it needs is the ampeg badge on the upper left of the grill cloth. I ordered one for my V-4 cabinet and they ain't cheap. Good job, looks good. Very impressive.
