  • I love what the guy said in the end

  • I love how the Americans never mention Australia as another good example of Medicare it seems like a better example then always playing the Europe card

  • He said belgium :D and Matt Kibbe clearly never been in europe

  • WHAT is with those sideburns?!!!

  • I remember back when I was gonna buy a Learr(?) jet.. but then I saw the luxury tax.. I said fuck that.. cant afford that shit.

  • SMH, Matt Kibbe is right.

  • I fell on the floor laughing when Bryan Cranston spoke his only line in the video. True words, but funny as hell.

  • Does no one else see his sideburns?

  • This freak with the sideburns needs to read up on social mobility in Europe. In most European countries you can go to the best schools no matter who you are while only the richest of the rich can afford Harvard and Yale in the States.

  • holy shit!! where the hell did bryan cranston come from?!

  • Intelligent, articulate, and charismatic? Yes, Elliot Spitzer must be stopped.

  • FUCK YEAH BRYAN IS A BADASS

  • I rescind that last comment, regretfully submitted in a state of delusional paranoia. I, a socially and civilly minded Nimrod, shall never again utter a contemptable word againist B.M, as distasteful this Jew who ought to know better is.

  • @dewater5481 Have you ever looked up Nimrod in the Bible?

  • May there be a special place in the inferno reserved for you, B.M. In the estimation of those you've offended, this is rather charitable.

  • Cranston stole the show.

  • A liberal, a conservative and a moderate walked into a bar, and the bartender says, Hi Mitt!

  • When people slam Bill for being sexist b/c he insults Palin and Bachmann, they should watch this video and be told if you put more competent women forward (Like Margret Hoover) we won't insult them as much.

  • "America is different"

Yes, its is -- unlike the rest of the world, it hasn't yet realised what a hypocritical mind fuck it is. America has everybody so drunk on the cool aid, they can't see it.

  • @UberNoodleX And when someone refuses to drink the Kool-Aid any more, it suddenly becomes "Class Warfare"... so shut up and drink your Kool-Aid. (Can I get mine in Grape?).

  • we miss you Spitzer.....

  • If you watched this in total isolation, not knowing anything about US politics or economic theory, the only conclusion you could draw is Matt and Margaret are complete idiots and that Eliot bloke clearly knows his stuff. That's telling.

  • "Europe has have and have nots..."

    And retard....

  • Oooo fucking hell were did bill get these people on this show. The super rich do not create jobs at all!!! And the incentive tax is imporant, I am sorry 5% more on a super jet is not going to stop a multibillion year. Yes the US was a better country when the rich payed more!!! The blonde is a dumb CUNT sorry, the rich get allot richer! Its a scam, they created allot more poor, and I would be far prouder to be in a country were the rich gave more, if I ever have the chance I will give back!

  • I swear Bill fucks all the women after the show.

  • Screw socialism. The problem is not that the rich don't pay enough. The problem is the corporate welfare. People like to look to Enron and say we need more government intervention, but what people don't seem to know is that Enron received $1.6 billion from the federal gov't! Audit the fed, lower taxes, cut spending, and end the wars.

  • @keatopolis I agree the people on welfare we need to be upset are the banks, big oil, huge farming companies, GE, etc, etc. They are the largest welfare state, but we need to tax the rich properly, and we need huge luxury taxes in the US, the women on this episode is a stupid dumb cunt, all the billionares looking at super jets are now not going to buy one cause it gone up a few % more in price... These people buy crap to buy crap not because they need it! ITs a time of war too!

  • did Eliot Spitzer fell in a chocolate machine?!! I am sorry but take it easy with the spray-tan,dude!

  • i really like this show but his audience routinely pisses me off. can't they shut up?

  • @erhaboriE

I really like YouTube, but the users' comments routinely pisses me off. Can't they shut up?

  • @MrIamahugefaggot lol I see what you did there. Good job.

  • @MrIamahugefaggot And were on youtube are you first force to read comments before watching a video. Its amazing you can even increase the screen to fill everything and so you do not even see other comments.. The issue with comments is what makes youtube interactive, and its what makes it not like watching TV. So maybe just watch TV or do not its your choice you grasp that right. You choice to read comments our are you so stupid you do not grasp that?!?!

  • @ASexyChef

Way to miss the point, here let me point it out for you: I WAS BEING SARCASTIC... either way I'll respond.

    What you're practically saying is "IF U DUNT LIEK IT DUNT WATCHH ITTT BUT DUN HATE WAT I LIEKZ CUZ MY TASTES > URSSSSSS". Just plain retarded. How am I supposed to know whether or not I like something without trying it out first? ;_;

  • OH MY GOD!! This is such an outrage!! What the hell has happened to America!?

It has gone to the toilet!! Its SO emberrasing!!

Who in the hell has such large sideburns!!??

  • Malcolm in the Middle's Dad for President!!!

  • Matt Kibbe is a dipshit. I'm sick and tired of hearing of idiots like him talking about this "Imaginary America" and "How shitty Europe is in comparision to America".Sorry,I was in europe for 2 years, and believe me,we could stand to learn from them on a few issues.ESPECIALLY HEALTH CARE and MASS TRANSIT and FOOD QUALITY.

  • @brianbela I think allot of that came from the propaganda of the 1984 Olympics. This " We are #1" cameback because of that scam, the truth is Russia didnt even compete in turn the USA Teams wouldnt have won 1/2 of the medals. But something in the 1980's happened with that moment. I know what im saying is out of no where... but its branding and that Olympics was used to brand all that bullshit.

  • We should legalize marijuana and prostitution.

    ^-- Classic.

  • @AScearce2332 Awesome comment. And we should legalize both of those things. If the "Churchies" dont like it,they have the "choice" of not participating.

  • @AScearce2332 Lol i thought he was going to say....and meth.

  • that stupid fucking skank, I dont think I have hated a statement more in my life than that dumb whoreface saying 'people stopped buying lear jets because of the increase in taxes' OMG PEIOPLE STPPED BUYING LEARR JETS! HALP THE ECONOMY IS FUXORED!~ try to get a grip on reality, the average person aint struggling to get a lear jet. /blowonface

  • @hostyle0 Ooo God I was saying the same thing, I sorry but I think that blonde woman needs to be called what she clearly is for saying that kind of bullshit, ooo the rich can't afford private jets cause they increased the tax on them WTF, she is clearly a GIANT CUNT.. I am so ashamed to have people that sick in the USA, millions lost homes, all their retirement because banks created a futures market on homes, and she bitches about a small tax that only applies if they buy stuff, fuck her!

  • @hostyle0 Why does everyone resort to sexually degrading insults when they disagree with a woman? Her opinions have no reflection upon her sexuality.

  • @xGreydaysx If a guy said it that I would have called him a dumb bastard or stupid prick, equal opportunity for the win.

  • @hostyle0 Well either way I still agree that she is spewing moronic BS. My issue just lies prevailing double standards.

  • Yes, Bill...this was a better country when the rich were taxed more. Unfortunately, the rich learned their lesson, and now they own our government.

  • I want to luxuriously bang Margaret

  • I hate how people cling to this idea of 'trickle-down economics'. Taxing the rich isn't the same as taxing corporations. What rich person is going to create jobs with their disposable income? Of course they're going to spend it on private jets instead. They should be taxed more. This is part of being in a society, people. Nobody is happy to take care of each other....mind you they'll still go to church on a Sunday. Sick fucking joke.

  • I can't take sideburns seriously because of his ridiculous opinions that make his facial hair look normal

  • This Matt guy loses all credibility because he doesn't understand the concept of the 19 cent disposable razor

  • the dude with glasses sounds just like mr.smith form the matrix?

  • I loved the ending statement

  • Oh my gosh. Every country that has social democracy has low poverty, low crime, and just low problems overall. I hate how Americans talk about America being the best it is one of the worst in civilized nations.

  • @someone2sayit1 Every country. Those citizens of those countries also are limited in what they can do in life. In the US people can start up small businesses and do well, or create something new due to new technology and do well. People are free to do what they want in life and set their own life. In socialize countries people are so dependent on the government that they can't think for themselves. That is why so many educated members leave those countries to come to the states.

  • @whyamimrpink78 Yet, so many Americans are uneducated...it seems a little odd.

  • @someone2sayit1 There is a difference between being educated and intelligent. I am pursuing a masters in physics. My former boss runs a small business while only receiving an education at some redneck school. He is doing quite well and is intelligent despite being uneducated. Having an education doesn't mean crap if you can't problem solve and think for yourself.

  • @whyamimrpink78 There was a TED talk on upward mobility. Conclusion: if you want to live the "American Dream", move to Denmark!

Seriously, your statement is either uninformed or propaganda. Of course you can go anywhere in life in Europe. Not saying, things are perfect, but here in western Europe everybody can get a good education and/or make a fortune AND have universal healthcare. It's not magic.

  • @EquinoxIV You can become educated in the US, education starts with the individual. I know people who know history then people with actual history degrees. The US doesn't want universal healthcare because we don't like the idea of the government controlling us or being a nanny state. We like freedom. Also, stop comparing the US to other countries. No other country is even close to us. No one has the resources we do, or the liveable land, or the money, or is a melting pot.....

  • @whyamimrpink78 Wait till you get sick and medical bills are eating you up, then tell me how free you are. And why should I not compare the US to other countries? Ever heard the terms benchmarking and "learning from the best"? With a trade defficit like yours, I would be off my high horse and get my act together. China and Germany will not forever provide you with products in exchange for green paper.

  • @EquinoxIV ....No other country is even close to us. With that in mind we can't compare the US to a country like France, Canada, Denmark, etc.

  • the blonde woman was so great until she started talking

  • Wealth wasn't transferred to the rich, the rich *make wealth*.. that's why they're wealthy.

  • Spitzer is one sharp cookie.

  • American exceptionalism was the myth that kick-started America's growth. But now it's exposed and has become the problem. Conservatives try desperately to hold on to that previous prosperous era, not realising that it doesn't work for everyone else any more. The time for battle between liberals and conservatives is at hand - the new America will create a new prosperity model for this generation, the old America will rule with an iron first to prevent change. Pick a side.

  • I am really getting sick of this rebranding of the filthy rich to "Job Creators" they don't create jobs, what creates jobs is increased demand and you increase demand by putting more money/ disposable income in the hands of the middle class. The 1% aren't going to hire shit if the 99% can't buying anything.

  • @paradox963 Increase demands also means increase in prices. If you take money from the rich and put it in the middle class then businesses will raise prices so they can afford these "new jobs" and benifits and higher taxes. Then people can't afford anything so we have the same problem. If we have high demand and high competition then jobs are created. Allowing the free market to work allows that.

  • killer opinion at the end .... hahahaha nice ..

  • Sadly a lot of americans generate a strange gravity pull on the jaw of the rest of the world.

Now, "the american spring" should be just around the corner - hopefully not including a religious fanatic as the leader of the pack.

  • Matt Kibbe -- another Tea Partier with no education whatsoever, speaking with authority on subjects which require some academic training.

  • USA is not Europe, ask George Washington who was ripped off by British middlemen and the tax man every time he sent his crops and goods to sell in UK. Eventually he built his own ship and sold them on the open market to the French, Spanish and Germans in Barbados.

  • Matt Kibbe heads a Koch Brothers front group that suckers in Tea Baggers to protesting for rich corporations.

He's a total dooooosh bag, monied Hack.

  • that woman gives attractive blondes a bad name :(

  • @pinkycheeks Maybe gives 'intelligent' blondes a bad name. I have met A LOT of attractive blonds in my time but very few have been right on the money, so to speak. So no she doesn't give attractive blondes a bad, intelligent blondes a bad name...yes she does.

  • This Bullshit, That warren buffet guy gets a tax guy and that single parent making something 1000 dollars a month has to pay more taxes just because that motherfucker rich bustards gets to keep his pool and send his spoilt rotten bitch kids to private school fuck that

  • 5:33 BURN !!!

  • Nameless blonde female seat filler.

  • Prostitution and marijuana!!!

  • This Margaret Hoover is so freaking hot.

  • The ironic thing is that America is unexceptional in its exceptionalism; every nation in history that has had muscles to flex, has contrived to feel pleased with itself and deem itself special.

I don't think I will be reading Kibbe's book; I place little value on the opinions of Americans who think Europe is a country.

  • Matt Kibbe is a stupid fuck with retarded facial hair.

  • Margret's lucky shes pretty.

  • lol we should legalise prostitution and marihuana.

    Bill acts fast. GOODNIGHT EVERYBODY.

    lol adl

  • "America is different..." Please. American exceptionalism is the biggest myth and joke in the world and its terrifying that guys like this Kibbe jerk actually believe it.

  • @johnycannuk America IS DIFFERENT. its worse

  • Comment removed

  • @johnycannuk 47 secs in and i agree with you. I am an american to.

  • lol in America you have choices... yea we have choices on ice cream flavors and thats about it

  • I think Matt Kibbe's sideburns might be the mark of the beast.

  • Matt KIbbe speaks such nonsense , its sad to see such a lie. And he speaks like an idiot, wtf ...

  • the girl in the middle, hoover, is fuckin hot

  • 7:25

Holy shit where did he come from?

    He's brilliant!

  • Was this a better country back in the 50's? Umm... depends on who you ask. Women? Minorities?

People tend to have glorified visions of the past. We remember the poodle skirts, Elvis and the 57 Chevy... but we forget the sexist work environments, Jim Crowe laws and quackery in the mental health profession.

  • @witzerdog

Exactly. If you ask a wealthy white man, he'll say every decade has been pretty much great.

  • wtf, is wrong with this guys beard?

  • Wow nepotism is alive and well. She's also good-looking. What happened to meritocracy?

  • I live in France and have a friend from a poor background who's given 700 € a month by the state plus subsidies on rent and basic needs to study biochemistry at university. It is not loaned, the only way he must pay back is by serving the country with his skills after graduation. 'No opportunities'. Check your fucking facts before slagging off a system motherfucker.

  • The marginal tax rate in the 50's was higher on paper. But if one factors in the deductions that were available at the time, no one actually paid that much. I'm not saying that they didn't pay more during that time period, I'm only saying that they didn't actually pay 90%.

  • Eliot Spitzer is sooo damn brilliant, I would vote for him if he ever decided to run for president.

  • Mr. Sideburns proves that republicans/teabaggers are clueless

  • Come on, you can't tax the rich! You'll only generate *1 TRILLION* in revenue, while the deficit is *1.6 TRILLION*. Now, what we can do is take a few *BILLION* from the middle class and that will fix everything. Because, you know, a billion is more than a trillion.

Fuck republicans, fuck their logic and fuck you all who don't see through it!

  • @Tr1pTr0p

    Love your post!!

  • @Tr1pTr0p It's like you just wanna go up to them and show them basic math!! A Billion as 9 zeros while a trillion has 12 zeros. See which once bigger?!

But none the less, I agree. Taxing the rich a bit more isn't going to hit anyone in the face. If a millionare loses 10 000$ a year for it, big woop, he'll make another 100 000$ in earnings the next year. But taking instead 2000$ for the average joe instead, to me seems stupid.

  • Anybody who starts quoting Margaret Thatcher must be fucked in the head or really stupid.

  • fucking jew shark... disgusting

  • «What were their income?» Well put by Spitzer! With rich people, most of their income comes from un-taxable sources (like investment, already accumulated fortunes). This money goes straight into buying a new car or, as in the video, a Learjet: And in the end, that money and those items don't help society one bit: Doesn't create a job(manufacturing upholds the job, which has been outsourced), it doesn't benefit the community, the environment or help a sick person get better..

  • the government needs to create jobs i dont think the rich should be punished for making money they are not all evil people. i mean how do you feel if you make one check 1000 bucks and have to give 500 of it to the government for society. i think half is alot something in the 30's sounds ok

  • that guy needs to let his side burns grow a bit longer so we can tie his stupid mouth shut lol what a adick

  • why are attractive women in politics always idiots? the only woman that ever makes any sense is rachel maddow and well... shes no super model lol. Like seriously, politics is one of those fields where just because you're good looking it doesnt mean you will be successful. Unless you work for fox lol.

  • this conversation fails to acknowledge the external reasons as to why America enjoyed unprecedented prosperity during the1950's. (it comprised 3/4 of the world's economy since Germany and Japan had just been diminished. that time the government had a lot of stimulus it could put into the economy, but over time it became inefficient and stagnated the economy. This is why the policies were made in the Reagan administration of slashing regulations, what we are seeing now is the backlash to that.

  • @Willishadrinus

Great response. Question? Republicans love to argue that the economy was great under Reagan because he deregulated corporations that led to growth and Democrats love to argue that the economy was doing great under Clinton because the rich paid more in taxes. Does whatever is happening in the outside world at the time, affect our economy? I would think so. So can any president recieve full blame or credit for how the economy is doing at the time?

  • @stefers08 There's a quote i read recently that I think answers your question: "The course of a century, so many individual decisions are made that no single one of them is ever critical. Each decision is lost in the torrent of judgments that make up a century. But in the shorter time frame of a decade, individual decisions made by individual people, particularly those with political power, can matter enormously." George Friedman

  • @Willishadrinus

Thank You. That was a simply brilliant quote

  • The liberals argue that life was better when the highest tax rate was 90%. They forget that not one millionaire paid 90% but, because of deductions and exemptions and tax shelters, paid about 25%. This is why discussing economics with Democrats is like teaching rocks to speak.

  • Disappointed at the depth of this conversations debate, especially amongst such minds like Eli Spitzer. in Canada we have socialized medi care- that being that hospital services, clinical services things like that are free. At the same time we still have a competitive capitalist liberal oriented market. A gov't focused towards getting rid of taxes in order to stimulate economic growth. The problem with the US that lacks the capacity in its political institutions to go beyond ideologue ideals .

  • Margaret Hoover is a Republican strategist? For whom?

  • Speaking of the utterly idiotic Craig T. Nelson, no one ever helped him though he used food stamps, etc, I refuse to watch anything he is in; I know he'll live but what a douche.

  • Eliot Spitzer is pure pandering

  • Sure the rich creates jobs, but mostly in places like panama and the philipines. But they take away jobs from small, local businesses because they just can't compete on the market, most of the time. So huge companies squeeze out the little guys and then outsource the majority of the jobs to a third world country. I can see why these patriots need to pay 0% tax effectively speaking. Yeah, makes sense. Whyever would people be expressing outrage?

  • lmao this bitch needs to not try and make a point about taxing the rich when that point is based on FACTS that she is obviously UNAWARE OF.

  • Is this Matt Kibbe a comedian?

  • @punkwasher A bad one

  • Matt Kibbe is nothing but a tea party robot

Beep...Beep High Taxes, Beep...Beep Deregulation, Beep....Beep Socialism, Beep....Beep American Exceptionalism. Maybe if America would learn things from other nations they would be a better place such as Canadian Back and Business Regulations and you wouldnt have the disaster on wall street

  • Bills audience is the biggest group of ignorant far left drones Ive ever seeen

  • anyone want to go at Kibbe with a razor and shave those damn sideburns, or is it just me

  • Eliot Win-tzer.

  • @ivko1144

Hahaha yeah that part was hilarious at 5:32

-"what percentage of the income do they get?"

    -"the top 1%..."

-"what percentage of the income do they get?"

    -"that answer I don't know but here's..."

    - "well but but sh sh sh ya ya" *lols*

    I lol'd too :D I probably watched that part 10 times, I laughed every time :D

But the look on her face....geez...she looks like she's about to have a heart attack.

  • @mickeypopa They pay 38% and take in 24% of the income. So.... Yea.... they pay more than everyone else.

  • @safewaysecurity

38% of the total tax money in relation to 24% of the total income money doesn't tell me anything. For all I know, they could have lower tax rates and still pay 38% just because of the ridiculous amounts of money they make. Income doesn't always translate to tax, there are subsidies, tax returns, etc.

Care to provide any sources for this? I'd like to see the numbers.

  • How do republicans still tote the company line that tax cuts for the rich create jobs? OK morons, simply look at statistics: the unemployment rate.

In ten years of tax cuts for the rich we've seen the unemployment go from 4% in 2000 to 9.2 today. An increase of over FIVE PERCENT!

So where the fuck are the jobs? How about THAT for a question.

  • @unfortunatebeam 'gawd damn right'

  • Word, bro.

  • I'm 17, I'm not even American, I lazily scraped through Economics and History in school... and yet even I can see that Matt is talking out of his rear.

  • Was life better in the 50s?

    lol, not for black people.

  • - Bill: "Give up my cars? No. But I'd certainly pay a lot more in taxes".

    - Respect.

  • side-burn record player

  • Now I see why the TeaBaggers are soooo fucking stupid. They have idiots like this guy, Quitter Palin, and Michelle Buttman representing. Fuck the bullshit. Elliot Spitzer for President.

  • Eliot Spitzer owned them all!!!

    stupid bimbo "that's I don't know" |D

  • That guy named Eliot Spitzer just owned both those people there - haha awesome - new yorker

  • "Are you really gonna give up your cars?" That was her response. What a misguided bimbo.

  • this stupid fucking audience...

    republican: murder is bad

    democrat: actually its great

    audience: WOOOOOOOOOOOOO

  • @detahdomo um at what point did that happen? i recall the republicans on this panel saying stupid things and the democrats presenting facts back up their arguments(like always)

  • Man i miss my former govenor spitzer, guy had to go sleep with that girl. But hard to blame him when you look at the girl, she was hot

  • Ownage @5:42 Pause @5:45 : Grabbing and arm and pointing with the other one. The body language is all she had left and it screamed louder than 'That answer I don't know'.

  • Republicans are so funny

  • Finally a Teabagger that's not screaming at the top of their lungs! As much as I disagree with the guy on the issues, I have to give him credit for presenting himself so well. Learn something from this man Tea Party!

  • Why would I care if people stopped buying quite so many jets and pleasure crafts?

  • @jerico641 Thanks for Anthony Weiner's Congressional seat. New York voters just gave it to Republican Bob Turner. Choke on it, crybaby.

  • That NOB with the dodgy burners is a fuckin moron, his attitude is whats wrong with America.

  • "we should legalize mahriuana & prostitution" EPIC

  • @NikivsMartine not enough marijuana in the world is gonna keep your penis from burning off.

  • Taxing the rich only delivers 980 billion dollars a year, yeah forget that small number it's not helping anybody... stupid fascist tool

  • @yajo891 thats taxing all the "rich" 100% of their income and we still have massive trade deficits for the year. Who would advocate taxing the rich 100%?...... a stupid fascist tool maybe?

  • @whocares9911 woeps didn't get that part my bad.

  • How does Matt Kibbe think any will take him seriously with those dumb ass side burns? What a goober.

  • Hoover's laugh is fucking maniacal and annoying. I want to punch her in the face so badly. She makes me ashamed to be a woman.

  • @katesofly so a woman who has different opinions than you. who has a laugh, that you think is annoying....makes you ashamed to be a woman??? never mind that she is only one out of the billions of women on this planet. that's one of the most idiotic things I've ever heard.

that stupid comment should make you ashamed to be YOU, not a woman

  • @whocares9911

Hey numb nuts, the point is (that you've missed) is that she is one of the few female commentators/politicians that infact DO represent women. Sarah Palin, Bachmann, O'Donnell and now this fucking maniacal blonde dumb bitch. They're full blown retarded, like you, you chimp.

  • @katesofly only dimwits, of complete lack of any intelligence, would think that a handful of women on tv, represent women as a whole. also the fact, that you only listed conservative women is more telling. there are many women in the public eye that are liberals. ones that make complete idiots out of themselves such as that wasserman schultz character. yet, they dont make you ashamed to be a woman. they are not on your list. oh thats right, it because you agree with them politically. you = idiot

  • Comment removed

  • What a bullshit "debate". "Was this a better country when the rich were paying more?" Such a flawed question, as if that was the sole factor of the economic prosperity. Bill needs a serious re-education in economics.
