@rewben4 Ice blitz is slow as it hits 1.2 seconds after the animation. Ice Barrage hits 0.8 seconds after the animation. With the extra .4 seconds you are allowed to combo in a superior manner.

P.S I don't know if they updated these. Those times were as of Nov 2009.
