I that u guya did OK on this. It was all OK but not amazing. U guys need to b so Mich more confident. It will make such a difference.:). I also think that the trio should had at least one girl singing saprano. Other than that it was alright. My schools doing this to. Wish us luck :)

we're doing this musical.. and i got the part of wendy jo. i feel like these arent the right kind of voices necessary for the trio. it needs to be more soulful.. they sing like.... i dont know... like theres no real power. it needs to be more jazzy!

Did it look like I said I was blaming the writers? All I was saying was its wasn't my favorite musical! Mine would be:

1: Cats the musical

2: Liza with a Z

3: Fame

4: Caberet

5: West Side Story

Seriously this musical fucking sucks!!! They could've used better actors, their signings ok, but acting? OHHHHH!!!!! I've seen worse musicals than this one!! It's horrible!! (They also could've had decent looking people too!) if u wanna get far in a career of musicals do something better than this! Like West Side Story or Cats? Those are amazing!!!! I didn't even know this musical existed! And I don't care who thinks what! This is my fuck'n opinion!!!!!!!!!!!!

@ToxicLily12 I don't understand. You say this isn't a good musical in comparison to West Side Story and Cats, but blame the cast rather than the writers. Your opinion of the cast should have nothing to do with your opinion of the musical. I'm very proud of this production.

this is great, but the trio wasn't to swift. they're supposed to be sassy and have great three part harmonies... all i could hear was wendy jo on the middle... which wendy jo should be on the bottom, i could barely hear rusty's big soprano part and was urleen singing? as a preformer, if i was in the trio's shoes i would've belted the harmonies. people say footloose is a strictly dance show, after doing it i've come to the conclusion that its a vocal one too. they need to cast great singers.

Hate people who just rant ... so here we go :-).... Mostlygood, focus is off at more than a few points, whenever you do ensemble if one person breaks concentration or doesn't do it as big as the rest you immediately look at them and my eyes were everywhere. Well done to those who are good (wake the band up) rhythm needed work and singing just needed confidence and it would have sounded spot on... So... don't get all drama school on others just cause they didn't like something you did :-)

no offense to NormScott93, but you really must not be a preformer. because if you were you just might have an inkling of a clue as to how hard they must have worked to put this on. every single drop of blood sweat and tears they had in their bodies probably fell into each peice of the set, each note that they sang, and each dance moves they worked their asses off to do. they were great, and maybe you should look again if you cant see that. oh and please, next time? think before you post.
