I like Disturbed more becuz everything about their music is raw but focused emotional music that ponders on very touchy subjects. Chevelle is finesse silent/loud music with flavor while Disturbed is brutally melodically raw music with lots of essence.

If you do a search for "Chevelle the basement tapes" or "Chevelle Commuter" you will find a great solo nearing the end of the song and Sam even does a drum solo. Also check out "Chevelle Build" Joe did a great bass part in that one. Really good shit.
