@Prov1210 You think this is bad. Log trucks in Tasmania are logging old growth massive 400 year old plus trees (to wood chip) and to keep the vision from the public eye they run the trucks at night. Problem with this as this is the time that wildlife come alive and forage. The trucks bowl over everything and the next day the sight is horrifying with up to 50 dead animals over a short 40 kilometer stretch of road. Much of the wildlife hit have pouched Young who are left to die a slow death.
@TheWWEUploaderHQ In Australia in the remote bush there are no fences only cattle grids and the odd fence to keep the cattle from migrating. Motorists are required to slow down and drive to the conditions. Most are in a hurry to catch the pub before closing so this is the result. Many car drivers die when they hit a cow like this and they are usually city slickers who think Australia is a short drive between towns. Many tourists perish for turning their backs on mother nature.
ok , put camera down find big rock or stick and put this suffering animal out of its misery... Ya you will piss and moan about it but sgit happens so take care of it rather than makeing a stupid video... Dont be a pussy some one has to man up an do it maybe your nuts can drop???????????????????????????
Typical response from an ignoramus. I've seen a cow keep running after 30 plus .22bullets have been put into it so bashing this poor cow to death with a rock would do nothing. I think the Aussies need decent authorities to take charge and act when something like this is reported to them but from all reports the health system for humans is not even coping there.
Love to see how you would handle something like this in Australia being from the USA where you are used to having your arse wiped.
@jones13186 I think maybe you should watch this guy's other videos, at the very least, before you pass judgement on him. He has other videos of him rescuing injured animals, that many others left to die. Do you even have ANY idea how many hits with a rock, painful hits, it would take to bring down a cow? It would be agony, both for cow and man. Don't judge people unless you know what you're talking about. Even then, you shouldn't. Cause you can never know everything about them.
@jones13186 Your obviously one of those armchair fools who comment without knowing the facts.I've seen a cow take 30 22 cal bullets and still run so a stick won't touch this poor thing without making it suffer. The authorities should act and make more of an effort to coordinate a wildlife officer to go out there and euthanize the animal properly. Now if you said something constructive like that jones I would respect you but you and the other halfwits who liked your comment really need to get out!
I actually didn't know that officers were no longer able to euthanase injured animals. That's horrible. I'm surprised that hasn't been fought more pubically.
It's a crying shame that poor animal had to suffer because someone "didn't see" her.
I'm sure there are Police that would gladly put down injured animals but there's probably too much red tape once they have discharged their weapons albeit for a good cause. After speaking with the RSPCA Qld they stated that there was nothing they could do so unless your carrying a rifle in your rig, wildlife or anything else wounded will just die a slow death.I came across a Kangaroo with a broken back prior to this cow who I stayed with until a bloke came along who just happened to have a rifle
how sad for the cow.what a way 2 die.u would think the person that hit it would have notified some1.i hope some body breaks their legs then leaves them 2 die.some people just drive with their eyes shut.dickheads with no heart.
Poor thing.

@extramural That is sad too. I'm an animal rescuer, mainly domestic critters. I wish I could help all wildlife.
