@cmaldonado8 Yes. We have 3 different dynamic warm ups that we cycle through. I'm not sure why I did the cheesy arm swing deal at the start :) Great question
@NorthPointTraining Um would you mind letting me maybe what maybe one of those warm ups is? i would really like to know, because i really want to incorporate this conditioning circuit into my workout's.
@cmaldonado8 It would take some lengthy explanation for the whole sequence, but this would be an abbreviated version. Knee hug to lunge, high kicks, spiderman, overhead squats and then a few minutes of rope skipping. All of these exercises our features on our site in the exercise video library (see link). We also use the foam roller as psrt of our movement prep series, but that is more specific to the individual.
Do you do any kind of warm up before this or...?
