Hi! I found your video by chance. I think that God wanted to bless me with your dance. I did part of the dance ministry for 10 years, but I left it since 2007. Even if I left it the dance touches me deeply. I fell the same that you said under the video “a burning passion for this ministry”, I will fell it forever even I won’t come back to dance again. It is really good to know: people have the same feeling about dance, about worship and about God in places so distant in world. =D

Wonderul, your passion shines throughout your dance. Always remember that fear is a cleverly designed plot of the enemy to stop you before you begin, so use your dance as a weapon (warfare) to let fear no that Greater is He thats in you than he thats in the world. Try to not mouth or sing words. This forces what you want to sing to show up in your dance. Remember, The Creator to give you creative moves that touch his heart and persuade darkness to come to the light that shines in your dance.

Thank you... 2 years later... I've done a few other (this time, contemporary) dances... I am no longer ashamed to dance before people. I'm not sure about my talent, but I am sure about my passion for this ministry. I love the Lord and can't wait till my chance to tell the world through dance. :)

Thank you so much to all of you for your comments. It took a lot of gut for me to post this on youtube. People I know had "things" to say about it, but your encouragements overshadowed them. :)

A lil update on me... It is a year and a half later and I'm still moved every time I see someone praise dance. I'm looking to join a group next month, so I can be taught the essentials and grow within a praise dance family. Please keep me in your prayers.

Anointed. It's the anointing that destroys the yokes. Sis i've been ministering in dance for the Lord since 1998. Until I saw this clip I've been sitting since 2005. All i could say sis burnt out!! Dress Tip: Matching leotards. If possible get same color, as bold contrasts can be distracting. Consider neutrals (off white or nearest color to main garment). Hi... Thank you for the tip. What are leotards? the ribbons? oh those... :( I could not find ANY store in Minneapolis that had them. I had to go to a flower shop to buy bouquet wrapping ribbons and learn to manipulate them. Not easy. If Anyone knows any store where I can order and buy these accessories for CHEAP, please let me know... Very good for the first time! And for those of you who say don't lip sync..why not? it does not at all take the focus off the dance, if you are lead by the spirit to do it, then do it! I praise dance but I would rather say signing cause that's what I do, it makes the dance very powerful and very anointing. Wow!Now that's what I call praise dancing. As a praise dance instructor and choreogragher, I can say this dance was excellent for the first time. You obviously have a natural talent. try not to sing while dancing because it can be distracting. Also, in most cases the song would dictate the mood of the dance and you will know whether to smile or not. Good job and never stop dancing for the lord.

Well congratulations you've stepped out. God is elated. YOu are a natural. YOu are filled with the presence of the Lord. As a praise dance choreographer, work on your technique and do not sing to your song. When you praise dance it takes the focus off of the dance in general. Praise dancing is to glorify the lord through your body. Continue on your path seeking God in every move, you will do fine.
