Yes, that move command without arguments only moved files back. The subfolders (which contain drivers) are still in the restop folder.

How to solve (Not tested but I think it works)

Copy setup folders from Windows 98 CD

cd into the directory

run setup.exe

Wouldn't it be easier to move the files now in C:\Windows\System (the ones that weren't copied) into the new folder C:\Windows\Restop and then rename C:\Windows\Restop to C:\Windows\System?

@Metallica1326 That one virus that guy in Independence Day used to infect the alien mothership that he wrote on his Mac in a very short amount of time despite knowing next to nothing about the computer system in the alien mothership. But that was only useful for disabling the shield system on the smaller alien ships below so we'll still need an air force and some nukes.
