@GreySalvatore Yeah that haka thing was so stupid, everyone here thought it really added to the game. I hope the French don't think NZ hate them cause we don't haha!
@SashaMcCormick93 That's what I think too, that was a proof that each team respected the other ! :)
No, French don't think NZ hate them, no worries. ;) I'd say that we're kind of proud NZ could be "afraid" of us sometimes, to be honnest. Some people were a bit upset that the All Blacks didn't mention the French team during their "victory speech", but to lots of people it's not something "insulting" or anything, so there's no problem between "us". ^^
You should be proud of what they did :) Yeahh if France had won i am pretty sure New Zealand would have had a national day of mourning, when we lost to you guys at the last World Cup my dad didn't talk the entire day after haha. Yes NZ people respect the French team, especially after the World Cup.
That's quite funny because my dad was in a very good mood this day ! ;)
Ok, well I'm glad to know it because this is not really the feeling we have (in general). Except maybe when we heard that some NZ supporters wanted to pay the fine we got for having "disturbed" the Haka. Personnaly, I loved this moment ! :D
@GreySalvatore Haha yeah one group of French were like "you are going to be crying" haha all the French fans were such good people. Oh really, most people in NZ respect the French team quite a bit thats weird.
@SashaMcCormick93 I understand, I really thought we were going to win ! :O Anyway, I'm proud of what they've done. :) It would have been so great, and funny too because of what had written the New Zealand Herald. x)
Sorry, I haven't understood what you've said : do NZ people respect the French team or not ? ^^
@GreySalvatore Thank you so much! They are really funny, i picked up on that during the world cup they were really funny on NZ television. Haha i wish i had you to translate during the world cup especially on the night of the final, i spoke to so many French people but i couldn't understand what they were saying unless they spoke English haha! Any way thank you sooo much! :)
@SashaMcCormick93 You're welcome :D Yeah, I recognize we have some funny guys in our team. ^^
Oh you know, most of us just complained about the referee and Richie McCaw. :P But anyway, every French doesn't think the same thing, so I suppose it was quite interesting. :) I watched some videos about the RWC finale, but a lot of comments were insulting, so I didn't try to add anything. ;)
@SashaMcCormick93 Here we are ! ^^ It was more difficult than I thought it would be, because I had to try to find equivalent English expressions to the French ones, so sometimes it wasn't easy, but I'm glad it can help you, and that you've understood better how funny they are ! ;) But if you need anything else, just ask, I'd be happy to help you :)
VC - You must be "un brin alluré", but he hasn't said it exactly like that, I think he hasn't built the sentence correctly. But, it's filmed, so we'll be able to check... This is gonna be famous.
VC - Yeah, I've also been very elegant after this match against Ireland when I wore this hat, which looked like a chicken, and with rooster's legs. Yeah, Maxime did it too, and it was the highest level of elegance.
MM - That's funny because we try to be "shifted" and... We found these hats and that was nice.
@GreySalvatore Thank you thank you soo much haha!!!!! Yes i can understand them all and now it all makes sense haha, i don't know why you say youve have made mistakes because your translation is perfect!! :D Can't wait for the rest :)
@SashaMcCormick93 I'm almost done, but I gotta go, so I'll continue later, and I hope you'll enjoy what I've done until now ! (and that you'll understand inspite of the mistakes I probably made ^^)
VC - There was a lot to do and I think I progressed. And I keep progressing frequenting Maxime.
MM - And Cédric Heymans too.
VC - And Cédric Heymans yeah. On a different note but...
TD - And Jauzi too.
VC - And Jauzi, and Yannick Jauzion ! Actually it's true that we've got... Which is cool with Eden Park is that we often succeed in mixing a lot of styles and every players give a different life to the clothes. And it's true that [laughs] Yannick makes part of them.
MM - Exactly. A lot of thing helped me to be... step by step...
VC - To get to your highest level.
MM - Yeah. But I still have a lot of things to learn.
VC - I learnt a lot, but it was when I arrived at the Stade (Toulousain) "of" Nicolas Jeanjean and Clément Poitrenaud, because I've been criticized because of my "Grenoblois style" and since then it's true that...
5th question : What is the craziest thing you've done to be elegant and for which occasion ?
VC - To be elegant, what most eccentric thing have you done ?
MM - Well, nothing. No...
TD - Being elegant isn't an effort for him, so...
MM - No but I remember at the beginning when I was in High School I used to wear flared pants, with skinny tee-shirts and red Asics. So, it's true that as the time went by, with the meetings and everything...
4th question : Did Eden Park succeed in improving rugby players image ?
TD - I think that... it brings a class "side" that goes with rugby and it's true that when we're out of the fields the brand validates sport's values and...
VC - I think Franck has always been really class and, being able to follow his "line" it's still a certain pride. Me, when I knew Eden Park, I was doing like Franck, I was raising the collar, always. That's how I knew Eden Park, and I thought it was class, that's all.
VC - Elegant, well... A lot of "caps", but... It's true that sometimes he's not able to match the colors. Yet he's got a lot of Eden Park clothes but sometimes he doesn't succeed in combine them.
TD - After Max, who is Eden Park's reference, it's me, so...
MM - He makes efforts Titi...
VC - Or he doesn't play rugby anymore. He's been captain for a long time... He's been XV de France's captain for a long time, I can't say his name, but...
2nd question : Who is the most elegant player of the team ?
MM - Vincent Clerc.
VC - You must repeat the question, eh !
TD - The most elegant player of the team ...
VC - The most elegant player of the team ?
MM - Vincent Clerc.
VC - Well, I don't really agree with you, but ... I think he's not here, for me, I think his name is Clément Poitrenaud and we can include his name, I think he makes part of the most elegant players, and for whom it counts a lot.
@GreySalvatore Yes please! Don't rush, and that's ok don't worry i kind of just want to be able to understand the basics of what they are saying and what they are asking them :) Thank you soo much! I thought no one would see my comment haha.
@SashaMcCormick93 Ok ! :) So first of all, if I write something that doesn't mean anything, please tell me ! ^^ And I'll write VC for Vincent Clerc, MM for Maxime Médard & TD for Thierry Dusautoir. :) Let's go !

TD - They always try to bring their "touch".
VC - It doesn't always work, but... That is creation too.
MM - You must have a "brin alluré". (that doesn't mean anything in French, so I can't translate, and that's why they laugh after ^^)
TD - Pardon ?
VC - I hope you've filmed that ! Can we see it more slowly ?
TD - ... me neither.
MM - Well you must be "shifted"...

VC - The last time I've been elegant... Well, I would say it was for Valentine's day, with my wife. That's the last time I've been elegant.
TD - What a bootlicker !
VC - No, that's the last time I've been elegant, I'm sorry !
TD - Unbelievable...
VC - I've been elegant for this occasion, that's all.

VC - Ok, one more time. Well elegance in our opinion is clearly Maxime.

VC - Yeah, you know, it's this kind of classic "side" but with a little artist and shifted "side" and ...
TD - This evasive look too ...
VC - This evasive look that makes a good effect, so I think he's the one who best represents the brand.
MM - Thank you guys.
