yes I remeber fiona from "makeing the steamroller fly"...achieving the impossible....sad to loose a family member especially a parent....my gran passed away on sunday...puts life in perspecdtive..but anyway,I loved the end of this.
I had the chance to meet Fiona once, and this notice touched my heart, because i know she is such a great and really nice person. All my best wishes to her and her family.
What a lovely thing to do!! This reminds me of the past Ronald Ervin McNair. Jean that was a lovely thing to do for Fiona and I fele you know the sadness she is going through!!
Merci jean michel for your blog and also letting us into your world during the tour!! It has been very educational... My heart goes out to fiona....
Very touching... gives you this kind of sadness that is associated with the end of a life, but also this strange happiness that is associated with the beginning of a new one in a better world...
It's sad to hear about your friend's father passing, but I'm sure Fiona would have been more than greatful to have you perform Oxygéne 13 for him, as a very close friend.
All I can say is well done, the world shall morn for her.
A great tribute. This tune will always remind me of missing loved ones anyway. Now, even more-so. This tune's going to be competing with "Ron's Piece" as JMJ's most "tear-jerking" tunes.
NAY ! To those people who say electronic music is emotionless. JMJ proves them wrong time and again.
Hi Fiona. Sorry to hear of your Fathers death. I had a lovely night in Dublin thanks to your work. Tell Jean I thought the show was fantastic.
