the incredibowl is smooth, at times maybe close to as smooth as a vape, but consistently i would rate it smoother than any other dry peice, but not as smooth as a vape

I'm just gonna have to comment, smooth as a vaporizer? I find that hard to believe, it seems to me like an incredibowl is a steamroller that is way harder to hit cuz the bowl is in a weird position.

In cali weed is extremely popular and is part of the everyday life of 84% of norcal, as of in china for example, anytype of drug(even the herb) is greatly frowned upon, so yes it has alot to do with culture. (I never said anything to do with race, besides the fact that i find it very strange for an asian person to be smoking weed)

Many south-eastern and sub-continental Asian countries have weed cultures dating back thousands of years.
