The shows that are being called "shit" in this video aren't honestly all that bad. However they are the beginning of the horrible new generation american anime.
Toonami, the one programming block on CN that every Saturday night showed Japanese anime and some of Miyazaki's best films. Who was the dumb fucktard that decided to take it off the air? But the one during the day wasn't too bad either. Code Lyoko was pretty epic.

All episodes are remastered in HD with re-edited scenes to follow the manga and a faster story. Nickelodeon didn't "steal" it. Funimation licensed the anime for America and decided to air it on Nicktoons (smart move) and Toonzai (bad move). Nicktoons is more lenient with the show than Toonzai (big surprise *rolls eyes*) as they allow more violence and

And in case you're completely in the blank you should know that ALL anime is censored in one way or the other when it comes to America. Besides, Dragon Ball Z Kai allows more violence than the original did. And since it is dubbed by Funimation (best anime dubbers out there) they keep all the original music and openings (minus the newly added lyrics but nonetheless it sounds fantastic.)
