You can bring your child abuse complaint at any time and need to, because if he does not get a report, then when he attacks again or has another child, the abuse report would be the first instead of re-reports. The mother is also a child abuser. Both are emotionally abusive. Abuse is a crime: The girl is a victim of assault w/ weapon. Other children are at-risk of abuse and should be investigated by Child Protective Services on this basis.

I think she should have gotten her behind beaten. The only thing I see wrong with this video is they should have used switches. He could have used a little less force, but this is not the first time this girl has gotten into something. Just as she feels as though he felt above the law, she did too because of his position. More parents need to get switches and paddles and whip their children. This world would be a better place. That is why the world is so bad now
