Putting aside everything else that's been said here so far... this is one hell of a song, and a hell of a performance by a guy who is a true legend in NZ music. I'm not Maori but I admire Tiki and have always liked his music even when he was with Salmonella Dub. I adore this song, it touches something in me... I think for those others who have always been drawn to the warrior spirit - no matter the culture or country - will feel this song resonate with them as it does so deeply with me. :)
