You can still enter! you just have to kind of draw them in or something. I changed it because a lot of youtubers werent alowed to wear false eyelashes :)

You can draw some on. lol, I do it all the time! Try a "MOD" drag look. Back in the 60's, they drew them on.

well you dont have to be a man to enter the contest. You can eather be a man or a woman, just do your makeup like the drag queens do it, exagerated and dramatic.
