The cuts are a little inconsistent it seems, at least at some points. It runs too long at times and some cuts are too sharp. The announcer is pretty good, but it'd be a good idea to bring it into something like Adobe Audition and use a filter to make him sound like he's talking on an old film. The background music sounds like it should be a little louder too. The electric accident acting seemed a little too fake. I like the concept you have here though.
Good work. Funny too. Audio was crap. But it was overall good.
