Jones has very impressive takedowns and top game, whereas Rampage can't do shit on his back. Not hard to guess how this fight will go. Jones by TKO in round 1.

On paper, Jones would win. He has more techniques (Rampage might have the same, but her doesn't use them), faster, and PROBABLY more the technical striker. (Even though Bones is an unorthodox striker.)
But Rampage is a beast. All he needs to do is lay his hands on you, plus he does have some wrestling and Jui Justu background.
If Bones lets his hands down for a second and Rampage connects, fight might be over.
