Have you progressed in your weight loss any since when this video was posted? Just wondering the long term use of The Wave, if there was a plateau or not. Thanks!

@Chaotickuh I am pregnant now, so no I haven't been doing the wave, but I am still active and can gladly say that I haven't gained all the weight back.

@Chaotickuh I know right! I really just wanted to take it one step at a time. The full length videos are rough. Still fun to do.
