  • drop a new ablum n go on a tour please. would love to hear this track live again

  • dayummm slow down andre you killin em

  • Hope I'm not over yo head but if so you will catch on later! 6 ppl still ain't caught on yet.

  • Had this on a burnt CD like 11 years ago - never knew who it was. Good stuff.

  • This song is perfect.

  • The instrumental is so fuckin' beautiful especially the beginning

  • what is andre useing that makes his voice sound distorted?

  • I HATE when people tell me they hate Andre 3000. Most of them judge him off his verses off of the Deuces and the real her verses. But they have no clue how much of a legend this guy really is!

  • @Jordan234531Bulls I've never heard anybody say that, in fact he completly killed The Real Her

  • @SeanMcG95 Must only be where im at then. they're on that lil' wayne bullshit. He did kill the real her verse, and the play the guitar verse. But people by where I stay were too concerned listening to wayne and drake and just skipping 3 stacks.

  • Why does Outkast keep saying "We're going to do a new album"... Then nothing... A year later "We're working on a new album" Then nothing... Man just release that! It'll SMASH THE COMPETITION!

  • @MrGeassR2 Cause Dre have to make his album first which will be early next year

  • @MrGeassR2 have you heard their new stuff, it doesn't even compare to ATLiens and Aquemini, not even close, they changed their style for the worse and i don't they will go back to their roots.

  • @SensiRootsBoy They had one sub par album. Come on now. They're both obviously still terrific and I'm sure their new album (whenever they get on it) will be great.

  • Entourage brought me...

  • IMO the best version!

  • Fantastic song!

  • Senior year High School (1998) eternal

  • Nothin tday cld possibly replace this!

  • Album came out on my birthday. I was 20 years old. I'm a Libra. You're not suppose to die! Look at Wisdom of Solomon in the Apocrypha. There was no death in the beginning until they called it up and the people couldn't control it.! I got "touched" too just like Dre 3000. ( Please refer to Skew it on the Bar-B video- towards the the end Mr. Benjamin is throwing his his hands up like Dr. Spock- what happened to Dre 3000, Rza and me was no fantasy or T.V. show. We don't bite) I love the painting

  • this is so much more than music. it's truth.

  • if your a true hip hoper then you would shut the fuck up about the change in hip hop, and listen to the platnum era shizz with out crying or adapt your gay self to the new shit.. now shhhh ok.

  • @EazZiB You can't deny hip hop has gone down the drain. It's all radio friendly while still pretending to be gangster BS. Which in turn is causing even more suburban 12 year olds to pretend like they are from the ghetto. Real old school hip hop didn't glorify living in slums, it was about escaping and making something of yourself.

  • @Infectedstyles look underground dude just saying hahaha

  • I respect the old school more cause they ain't afraid to step into a battle like these new age kids are. I remember Outkast, Mistikal, Master P... Dudes like that. New shit just makes me feel like FUCK THE RADIO.

  • This is the soundtrack for my life

  • So, like, what happened to real hip- hop...

It's another one of those cool things that just suddenly go extinct one day..?

    :c

  • @6GolfWang6Hooligan6 it's up to US. The 1's who know the truth to spread the realness....All I listen to is old school because they mean their words....

  • Outkast needs to do a new album..

  • @ThisisTedWells they are

  • @ivansmellsfunny really, i'll have to check into this. thanks

  • @ThisisTedWells It needs to sounds like all these albums though....

  • "Baby, did you hear that 'cause baby I heard it too." This opening line will live on as one of the best in hip-hop history.

  • This masterpiece needs to be atleast an hour longer. =D

  • holy shit this is real

  • This joint is so ill - white guy

  • Its not about the decay of the rap game...it talking about earth and how ppl fuck it up obviously.....

  • @katocatone that's why it's a story.

  • 3 stacks started out as a rapper, now he is a poet. He doesn't even need a beat, cuz his words are rhythmic enough. The sick thing is, he has only gotten better with time.

  • they both kill it. everyone should be an outkast fan.

  • I'll play this song on Dec, 21 2012

  • andre 3000 is defnantly in my top 5 hes one of the dopest mc's ever hands down

  • andre 3000 is fu ckin cool

i dont understand our languages but i love ur song man

  • They were talking about the decay of the rap game on this record. When Dre makes mention of IFOs, an IFO is a type of media file. What's so amazing is they blended it with biblical prophecy & they both went in on this & decimated it!

  • @shel2185 i just commetned on throw your hands in the air saying how they were ahead of their time.. atliens and of course aquemini the shit andre talks about on synthesizer is from 98 its just crazy his flows and his subject matter man

  • @shel2185 I noticed that he talks about stuff like that a lot. They say he had an obvious change after his relationship with Erika Badu and she talks about some deep stuff too.

  • @retsea1 Andre has always been deep honestly. People credit Erykah Badu with changing him but if you listen to their first album, he was already talking introspective stuff. Dre decided to go his own route & that's what made OutKast so legendary.

  • He said the Sky was ELECTRIC BLUE!! COME ON! Wild Fire!!

  • ''im thinking i see four horses''.. prophetic

but once again, Big Boi gets pushed to the side

  • big boi snappppppppeeed

  • Omega IFOs have landed in the decatur if im over your heads you will catch on later.... Illuminati Freemason

  • andre three stacks nigga

  • entourage brought me to this song. to iLL

  • @mindstatekrew this song was on entourage?

  • @TheHypaLink Yeah, the closing credits of 'Pie'.

  • @TheHypaLink yeaa cousin

  • if you guys havent realized it yet..their rapping about the apocalypse !!

  • @ChamberMusic7 ahead of their time literally, OutKast is like the Rolling Stones of Hip Hop I swear.

  • Holy shit i don't have any other words to describe Andres' verse..

  • @sacrofice Andre 3000 is my favorite too man. Keep an eye out for Elzhi, Emcee Composition and Joell Ortiz also

  • @LoveGoodHipHop ELZHI is my dude! way to underrated.. im bout to see him in 2 days...

  • Wow this hurts my ears D: Why is the sound quality so bad?

  • @NekoReiChan

That's how the song was originally recorded. ".....the beat was very dirty and the vocals had distor-shun-shun-shun."

  • GO 3000!!

  • perfect trailer song right here

  • I heard this in entourage

  • lol @ the random big boi hate. fools

  • One of my favorite tracks by Outkast one of many that is...

  • Great song

  • theres nothing worse than a "i found it first" claimer. if you like it you like it.

  • @barefoot725 haha yeah Andre and Big found it first

  • @dangsthurt hahaha yea listverse brought me here. i love that sight

  • For reeeaaaaaal

  • Perfection.

  • im the one of the biggest outkast fans ever but could someone tell etf is the dugeon ik luda referred to it in one of his songs to about where he got his weed

  • @WWEYankee basement

  • @WWEYankee The dungeon refers to Rico Wades mother's basement. Outkast, Goodie Mob, and several others would record there. They were known as the Dungeon Family, and even released a collaboration album.

  • @volunteernation16 thxs man i had no idea lol

  • fav track off aquemini...

  • Respond to this video... gonna listen to this song in 2020 and itll still be good

  • HEAT

  • Most people have no clue what they are talking about in this song...NWO folks! Outkast new the biz a while ago...pretty crunk

  • This song has been on my mind all day at work, idk why lol.

  • "The beat was very dirty and the vocals had distortionnnn!!!" Aquemini got 5mics and damnit they should have added two more for 7 which is the # of completion.. cause this album is a complete masterpiece! OutKast for Life!

D@mn I hope they do just one last tour.. talk about pandemonium!

  • I'M THINKING I SEE 4 HORSES....

  • One of my favorite songs on the album, but I think it should have been placed earlier or later because it kind of gets lost in the middle.

  • Baby did you hear that yea baby I heard it too. Look out the window golly the sky is electric blue. Mamma Earth is dyin and cryin because of you... ANDRE 3000 KILLS IT!!!!!!!

  • Aquemini...Their best damn album ever. Nothing hits harder and has a deepr meaning than 'kast for real. Love below and speaker box were straight but nothing compares to Aquemini for real!!! Thats just my opinion take it for what its worh.

  • Oh my god. I'm stuck. It's stuck... on repeat. I love it.

  • Like back in the day no one was feeling Outkast because they were from the south. they were ahead of their time. I miss this whole CD.

  • Big Boi is phenomenal but my only criticism is that Andre is on the songs with him. Damn shame.

  • @d00dasm0m what?

andre is that shit and when they rap together its always crazy...why would you say its a damn shame andre is on the song with big boi? you do know they work together right?

  • @SATURDAYateSUNDAY I guess you didn't understand my comment, hun. What I was saying is that Big Boi is great but Andre is so fucking amazing that he makes Big Boi sound amateur at times. Therefore, the only criticism toward Big Boi is that he is somewhat downgraded only becuz of Andre's beastly lyrics. I know that they work together darling. Who doesn't know that Outkast consists of TWO rappers named Big Boi & Andre 3000? I've been an Outkast fan WAAAYYYYY before alot of ppl knew they existed.

  • @d00dasm0m o

its hard to tell when some one is being sarcastic online some times

how was i supposed to know?

  • this song is awesome

    big up from Poland

  • Comment removed

  • andre is a fuckin beast!!

  • Dre is so good that he makes big boi (WHO IS ALSO ONE OF THE GREATEST) sound subpar at times....smh its ridiculous

  • i herd this song on entourage and fell i love with it.

  • @dp9241lover Wow, really?! How dare you sleep on the one and only Outkast!

  • @dp9241lover ENTOURAGE RULES!!

  • thanx fa tha heads up. Outkast is in a league of their own

  • Oops my bad! lol my quote was for part 1 of this song. Well, both versions r dope! :)

  • "I mat a gypsy & she hip me to some life game & activate & stimulate the left & right brain..." Wat da shit!! Hahaaaa seriously, CAN NOBODY COME CLOSE TO THESE TWO RITE HERE. Their level of professionalism, passion, solidarity & creativity is truly remarkable. I feel the Funkadelic/Parliament influence in their music which they took to a whole other funky/dope ass level. Luv Outkast!!

  • @MUARFA

That was rosa parks lol. Not Da Art Of Storytelling 1, 2, or 4 xD

But yeah, I completely agree. You can't find shit like this anymore.

  • @tagger324 I agree but I think what you mean to say is there is no creativity in rap anymore.

  • @portpower27

Indeed. I was kind of hoping people would understand what I meant when they saw that I was agreeing to a previous comment that was stating how creative Outkast was and me putting "You can't find shit like this anymore". But, hey, I guess it wasn't that clear.

  • @MUARFA outkast was too ahead of their time. andre didn't start receiving his props for being one of the best until like 10 years later. people are just now catchin up with them.

  • "Nigga, you won't know...until it's ON YA."

    sums their entire careers up.

  • If Dre did the last verse instead of Big Boi this may have been the best rap song of all time

  • @Lowell253

dres flow is a bit slower than this song imo

  • anyone that knocks this dont know music.... soo many good nights listen to this album..

  • Wow... The closest I've ever come to a religious experience... Thank you God for creating these 2 men that created this masterpiece.

  • youtube.com/watch?v=PhnsVY4NhOQ OutKast - Da Art Of Story Telling ft. Slick Rick (Uncut) Official Music Video W/ Lyrics

  • Your god damn right there's no dislikes

  • This song is hype this is a classic album

  • I'd like to know who produced this beat... The vocal effects are badass too. Love this song...

  • Damn andre is getting this shit

  • omega nigga IFOs are landin in Decatur hope im not over yo head but if so you will catch on later..play da track....AND DESE STUPID NIGGAS SAYIN HE AINT THE GREATEST...ANDRE 3000 IS THE BEST RAPPER ALIVE...and he aint even made a cd in how many years?

  • Rapin her heavenly body like a hoe, coochie so'

from niggaz constantly fuckin her never lovin her never showin

appreciation bustin nuts in her face when they done

  • So is Outkast not writing anything together anymore?

  • god damn, andre 3000 was sick!

  • that armegeddeon end of the world shit,

rain snow hail and earthquake shit

    love it

  • A-town stand up!! Classic Hip Hop at its finest......

  • "look out the window, golly! the sky is electric blue"

    ill shit

  • The flow is flawless!

  • I used to think that Wu Tang was the best but I'm proud to say my Southern folks have pushed them to #2. Wu Tang is still forever, but Outkast is sho nuff for eternity!

  • wu tang is #1 andre is a legend that other dude is weak

  • Andre 3000 is the greatest rapper ever

  • just wish more people would open up their ears and realize it...3 stacks is on another level

  • I know like at first when i listened to the radio like 5 years ago i only heard Hey ya and thought outkast was like dance music. And yeah actually hey ya has good lyrics, but then once i started lisening to Lupe FIasco #2 rapper alive, i listened to Dre and was like Holly fuck this guy is too good. I mean his verse on last verse on Aquemini is what most rappers can't ever dream of doing in a career.

  • @Siv7 people know andre is great, people that say opposite, dont know good hip hop

  • @sacrofice

    A Men.

  • Perhaps the best song on this great album. Too bad its so short.
