I don't remember that long ago, but probably world 2. Game's easy until around world 3, and then it's a steady climb through bullcrap.

@EpicPanda you're not the only one, I saw that too. It's one of those NES game developers quirks, in the motto of "Let's see how much of this shit is going to get past the censors". the fun thing about that is, that this particular "woman shape" reappears, for instance, in Yoshi's Story on the SNES. there's a rock in one of the stages that looks similar. it even has a ledge on it that looks like a woman's thong... and if you butt-stomp on that, it looks like the bewbs are bouncing XD
