I'm an Aussie and .. That was funny. It looks like crap and don't taste much better but We are proud of our Vegimite history and I guess it was a great source of salty flavour. Byproduct of beer yeast a rich source of B vitamins It works best if you only use a little. Even better with cheese or avocado. Some people over here almost live on it but I would prefer a meat and salad sandwich any day. Aussies used a little on their cheeks it in WWII to keep flies away. There is a song too.
