wow i bet that fords 5.4 litre coil on plug motor was just lovin that. those trucks get misfire codes from just looking at them. nevertheless add 5 milion gallons of water.
@wildturkey11001 it is all in the skill of the driver. Ford/Chevy big f'n deal I take what is given to me in life. If I want pure speed Dodge Viper comes to mind but unfortunately us Americans don't know how to build a fucking Autobahn like Germany so we Americans are FUCKED!
A geo metro can drive through 6 inches of water also. Congratulations retard, at that speed you just forced water into all 4 of your wheel bearings and they will fail soon.

gm didn't pay back the tarp loan the gov. gave them the money to payoff the tarp loan gm is owened buy the goverment . the goverment owens 61% of gm still
@squamishriverjet Uh probably no modifications actually. I had to go through water that deep many times with my 03 Camry, and it had no problems. That waters not all that deep, from the looks of it. Granted I couldin't go through it quite that fast without stalling, but still, that waters fairly shallow.
@conchphone So you're telling me that the area your in 99% of the time doesn't matter. Come on look at the reviews the Toyota fell apart and ruined the cab.
this is why Ford is the company to beat. Focus EV coming out in 2012! most people seriously underestimate the effect water has on cars. you would destroy anything less than 6 inches off the ground. This looks fun
I'd rather buy an American brand if the money stays in America. Not a Honda or Toyota and fund japan, that's stupid. Buy At Home..... And Ford does have plants in mexico and brazil... But that is for those country's, ford is home grown (atleast 75%) along with Chevey and Dodge!
I have a '93 f150 with 312,000 miles, it still runs like a champ..... So does my '97 F150 with 243,000 miles and my '02 explorer with 212,000 miles. All run strong, All original engines. But I do hand it to you for the Allison transmission, it just comes down to how well you treat your truck...
Maybe ford sold more because people trust their trucks more... Not because they broke down alot.... That doesn't make sense.
Everyone's got an opinion or preference about everything.
@covey88 ...I have to say ur sadly mistaken,,,japanese cars always get more miles on the clock than ford or other American cars...They are much more reliable,,,You Should try searching on you tube ''top gear, trying to kill a toyota'' and you will see what I am talking about...
@parch11amp I have seen that already..They also did the same thing with a Chevy and couldn't break it down. And I wasn't saying toyota is unreliable, I just meant they weren't made in America.
@NotHalfBadFilms yes I know how a loan works, and a lot of automakers have had bailouts as well, even Ford. But the point was during a recession, Ford had it's act together and did not take tax payer's money.
fucking hell. Every single truck video on youtube is followed by comments of people arguing which truck is better. It's all about personal preference. Who gives a shit who likes what. morons
@sweetmonkeylove1 haha sorry, I don't remember that post. And yeah I agree, I'll take any solid car or truck. If I were to get a truck to look nice only, not for use, I'd probably get a Honda Ridgeline. I was just Trying to sound half intelligent to defend fords from being called gay haha.

@rouletteroller to bad ford isn't based in the US so it doesnt matter if the get tax payers money. and the fact that most there buisness is done in Mexico, Canada and Europe, doesnt mean anything. oh wait ... maybe it does...
@NotHalfBadFilms not to burst your bubble, but that's not accurate. "GM filings with the SEC reveal that GM was paying 7 percent interest on a $6.7 billion TARP debt. The filings also confirm that the source of funds for GM’s debt repayments was a multibillion-dollar TARP-funded escrow account at Treasury; that means it was taxpayer money — not earnings."

@unincideal "Ford isn't based in the US"? I guess Ford Motor Company's World Headquarters isn't in Derborn, MI. You, sir, are an idiot.
