I now find myself with the problem of being nominated as a non custodial visitor with regards to my son. The family court system's criminal actions needs to be looked into and a full investigation needs to be done. I survived 6 years in Iraq to come home and get my nomination. Now I am homeless and without my son. However I do have a large bill that reminds me I had a child at one time, it's called child support. American courts are just as bad if not worse.

it's the worst feeling in the world...it destroys you inside...heart, mind and soul...the darkness is great...My exes may have a point in saying I was a useless partner and provider...but I would do anything for my kids...this video is full of truth...I can only hope my kids want to see me when they're old enough to decide.

there needs to be more support for mothers and fathers whoose children have been removed from them. It happend to me and I wish there was more I can do to offer help and support to those who need it but I dont know where I could go .... I guess they dont want organisations like that. Youre right, we need to lobby our local MP's and gordon twat brown and tell him to change things as a leader should. If anyone needs to talk on this subject feel free to drop me a message.

Good video mate! Thanks for doing this for our children. Those who have yet to be adversely effected by the *anything but family courts* can never imagine the injustice and abuses that our children are being subjected to each and every day by these courts. I was there, there was a time when I was ignorant to these injustices, Now I am enlightened and have vowed to fight every day all day for the rest of my life for a change. Resently social services allowed a mother to kill 2 children in hackney , that father wants a public enquiry too. its been nearly 20years since the seminal 1989 children act designed to put a stop to this insane madness, BUT it was highjacked by the left for social engineering purpose. It has also funded , via tax payers money the political careers of many labour MPs whom have had their routes in the SS.

Very good choice of song. I could happen, and sadly does happen to far too many children and their parents. We can't stop parental separation or divorce, but we can stop these adult relationship issues stealing one parent away from children. We need a society that can handle parental separation, and manage the transition; instead of one where the separation of parents becomes a family tragedy. Children can and do live happily between two parents homes, in a shared care, co-parenting way. Imagine
